GoogleI can’t thank Amy and the gang at Stratton Creber (Looe branch) enough. The sale of ‘Wy Wurrie’ in Polperro has been a painful one for me - it was my mothers’ home and it was her wish that the house be kept in the family so that future generations could enjoy it following her passing this proved not to be possible as my mother died unexpectedly and didn’t leave a will. Many issues arose as a result of the whole probate process but Amy has been ever supportive and has really helped me through a difficult time. Every issue that came up regarding the cottage was faced head on by Amy and she has saved me many, many sleepless nights. If a problem arose regarding the house I could call Amy and she instantly acted on it. She was properly ‘on the case’ from start to finish and I shall be eternally grateful that I had her on my side. When choosing the correct agent when putting a house on the market one often uses fees and suchlike as a deciding factor and Stratton Creber ticked that box but I never expected such amazing service, help, and support as I received from Amy following engaging Stratton Creber’s services to conduct the sale of my mother’s cottage. Amy kept me up-to-date throughout the process and was happy to liaise on my behalf with contractors and local services to grease the wheels of the whole thing (I live 250 odd miles away so I couldn’t attend viewings and suchlike). I shall be forever thankful that I made EXACTLY the correct call when I chose Stratton Creber - they’ve been a godsend! Aydan Jones.

GoogleAmy Rowe was amazing. I had a tricky purchase which, over many months, threw up countless challenges. Amy was there every step of the way. She was always contactable or called me back immediately if I needed her. She genuinely cared about the seller and I getting the sale over the line despite the arduous hurdles life put in the way. She matched our energy and went well and truly above and beyond. Thank you Amy for helping me get my dream!!

GoogleAmy Rowe has been absolutely incredible during our house purchase. My partner and I were relocating to the area & needed an understanding and proactive person to help us through the process, and Amy has most certainly been it! Whilst acting on behalf of the vendor, she still found the time to guide us through the complex process and ensured that we were completely informed at every instance. I think that she and I made a great team in the end, and actually miss hearing from her daily. We cannot thank Amy and Stratton Creber enough for their valuable help.
