GoogleThe agent SANJAY failed to communicate professionally on a number of issues that cost me to lose rent and ended with me getting hugely upset. The agent was lazy and unprofessional plus had poor communications skills

GoogleVery bad agency very rude people working here especially Sanjay who treats you very bad and makes fun of you. Does everything to get his commission even if he has to lie and cheat his costumers. Avoid at all cost!!

GoogleI recently purchased a house with Stones property and I have to say the whole team was brilliant. From the beginning of my first view with Dhillon, he was very informative, kept me updated constantly, was honest and offered good advice. Once offer was in place Ranj and Waran was my go to person. It was very stressful time for me and my wife, lots of hurdles. However Ranj and Waran were very empathetic, always answering countless questions wether it was repetitive or stupid, giving honest advice and managing our expectation at all level and we could see they were doing their level best to get the best outcome for us. Throughout the whole process they were readily available whenever needed. It was so good to see such estate agent still exist and when I got to visit them finally I could see how amazing of the team they have, like a family. So I would recommend this business 100% and once again a huge thanks to the whole team for making our dream come true.

GoogleVery poor experience. Booked a viewing for a property I’ve been eager to see. Explained that I can’t view midweek due to my job as I currently have no one to cover me so can only attend viewings at weekends or evenings after 6.30pm. Was advised I’d have to wait almost 2 weeks for an available weekend time, which I did. A little after 5pm yesterday I got a voicemail to say the viewing was canceled with no explanation and I could have Wednesday instead which I can’t do! I’d moved other viewings around to make sure I could accommodate this one and the service and apathy about viewings and potential clients times is appalling.
Dear Ms Donnelly, We are very sorry to hear of your grievance. As good practice we confirm viewings 24 hours before the viewing and again on the day. On this occasion the tenant was unable to make the previously confirmed date and so all viewings for the day had to be cancelled. Thankfully this was done 24 hours before as opposed to being on the day. We especially understand the current market and with the lack of property coming onto the market both buyers and tenants are especially becoming more and more frustrated. Something unfortunately beyond our control. This frustration tends to be taken out on the agents and this is rather unfair. As traditional estate agents alot of investment in terms of time and money goes into marketing a property. We are a 'no win, no fee' estate agency. In essence, we would love every client to turn up, every viewing to happen which would hopefully result in the success of selling or letting a property. It is only then do we get paid, right at the end of the transaction. 1 star reviews awarded to us, where viewings are cancelled at no fault of our own, with parties involved being notified at the earliest opportunity are completely unfair and detrimental to our business. GoogleExtremely professional team. I am doing business with Stones since 2016. I was introduced to Sandeep by a friend of mine for lettings. Sandeep and Waren both worked hard to get tenants asap with any void month. Giving me constant update. Any repairs and faults with the cheapest cost. What more a landlord could ask for. Recently they have sold one of my property, for which they have helped me out with everything. One of the peaceful sales I have ever done. Tia is looking after my another property in the market and I would say the same thing for her too. Extremely professional, very well spoken and doing her best to get more customers. GoogleCannot recommend Stones and the whole team enough! It's been 3 years i've been dealing with them and never had a single issue or hiccup they couldn't solve. Had a few bad experiences previously where once paperwork signed, customer service was non-existant but i am so happy to say this has never been the case with Stones and i know am 100% sure i will never be taking my business elsewhere!!
