We would like to put on record the amazing support we received from Stones Property Estates as our new chosen Property Management company. Bob Cheema, one of the business directors from Hounslow branch met us personally and gave us all the assurance for safe transition and put us in the expert hands of Ruby Baker, Hayes branch. We can't thank you enough Ruby for what you have done and rest assured we can now sit back knowing that our property and tenancy is in good hands. We highly recommend Stones Property Estates to anyone looking for reliable, professional and competitive estate agents, well done you Stones!! Thank you Ruby Baker and to your team. This was my second experience on selling the property Scott came to view and value the house. He was very keen getting the property and put it on the market himself via his firm. Although five other estate agents view and valued the property , I went with Scott as he gave me a good commission and sale value I couldn’t refuse. We signed 4 weeks contract. With his hard working team Lamar and Tia we found few offers before the end of 2nd week. We accepted one of the offer. After six weeks buyer couldn’t get the mortgage so had to put back in the market and within a week we got a new buyer! It was amazing working with Scott. If you like a quick sale with your acceptable price and a competitive commission, go to Scott.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! You'll be causing yourself a headache you don't need. When it comes to managing properties they're crap. I've had leaks which take months to even look at before being repaired. Ive had rats and mice that eat through cupboards to get to food, neighbours who don't respect the contract of no loud nonsense between 11pm and 6am, ive had been without the gas hob on my oven for 2 months had to use the microwave to cook because they didnt want to fix it so i fixed it using the rent only to be hassled for months for the missed rent because they couldnt be bothered to look at the recipts i had sent mutiple times over a kitchen appliance theyre responsible for fixing. I've got another leak in my bedroom that I share with my 5 year old special needs son. They don't so anything about the leak or the black mould that's now forming because they didn't want to sort the leak sooner. Looking at the other reviews seems like they can't manage anyone's home to a half decent standard. If I know who the landlords were (there's 3 brothers) I'd name and shame because they're just as much to blame

Dear Charlie, We apologise the experience you are having in renting your property. As agents we provide 3 service levels. Introduction Only, Rent Collection and Fully Managed. The landlord for your property has chosen a Rent Collection service only and so that means they manage the maintenance themselves. We have aided where we can but unfortunately our hands become tied as we are not contracted to go past a certain point. In cases like this, this falls under the 'shoot the messenger' style of an approach. We are forwarding your review to your landlord today and will continue to aim in resolving the issues you are facing. Someone from our team will be in touch again today. Kind Regards Stones

0 stars don’t rent property from them I was renting property from them for 3 years after that when i left the property the time came to return my deposit at that time they said that we can do anything in that talk directly to home owner for that but at starting i gave deposit to agency not to homeowner and for deposit they harassed us for more then one month and at last they was send us property pictures that wad at least 10 years old pictures so that don’t have to return deposit. If any one needs proof i can provide that.

Very deceptive, do not try to buy a property with them if you value your time, they are very shady and will try to squeeze extra money from you at every chance, making up fake competing offers and telling you stories that doesn’t make any sense

Absolutely appalling service from Stones Property Management. We have been left without hot water for five days over a bank holiday weekend after our boiler exploded, leaving visible burn marks and damage to the wall. Despite this being a serious safety issue, we have had zero response, no acknowledgement and no attempt to communicate with us. It is completely unacceptable to ignore tenants in these circumstances, particularly when the issue involves potential electrical or fire risk. A basic duty of care would be to respond and arrange support, neither of which has happened. This level of negligence and lack of communication is shocking. I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company.

We recently sold our home through Stones Estate Agency and had a very positive experience with the whole team. Before working with Stones, we initially listed our property with Purplebricks, which unfortunately was not a good experience. Communication and support were very limited, and the overall process felt difficult and frustrating. However, once we instructed Stones Estate Agency, the difference was immediate. It truly felt like day and night, with a much more professional, supportive, and hands-on approach. From the beginning, Scott, the Director of New Business, was very helpful and professional. He explained the process clearly and made the initial stages feel straightforward and well organised. Sandeep, the owner of the agency, has clearly built a great team that works hard to provide a high level of service. Lamar and Serge carried out the property viewings and were always friendly, professional, and punctual. They represented the property very well and made potential buyers feel comfortable during their visits. A special thank you to Courtnie, the sales progressor, who helped guide the sale through to completion. She kept us regularly updated and was always quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the whole process much less stressful. Overall, we were very happy with the service from Stones Estate Agency. Their professionalism, communication, and support made a real difference, and we would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

If you are looking for a rental, or an estate agent to manage your property, please read this review. This is an honest report of our experience with Stones Estate agents. The process to applying for a rental with Stones was straightforward, and it was lovely to see that it is based on a first come first serve, only looking at one application at a time, rather than who has a rental history or highest offer. It’s a fair way of giving a chance to first time renters. The process was quick and communication always excellent. During tenancy we never had any problem or issues with Stones, emails were responded to promptly and inspections were not intrusive, we were always allowed to be present due to the cat and dog being there. We were told we would have an inspection every 6 months, however we had only 1 inspection within the first year there. The inspections never lasted more than 10 minutes and Nicola was always very chatty and polite and praised us on how well the house looked and it was lovely to see it being loved. Nicola never took photos of the condition of the house during inspections. We had some maintenance issues which were dealt with during tenancy. Towards the end of our tenancy, we felt we needed to leave due to some circumstances with the house out of our control which made living there not feel like our home. Nothing to do with how the house was managed or to do with us. We gave our one months notice and were offered a cheaper rental price to see if we would stay. We wanted to move to a bigger house and with an additional parking space anyway and this was respected. At check out, Nicola’s attitude took a 180, politeness and professional communication was non existent, rude emails with issues raised which we already had notified about during tenancy. Things which should have been picked up on during inspections that were suddenly a problem, and issues to the property which were caused by fair wear and tear and damages which were not caused by us. We had initial charges of over £600 wanting to be deducted from our deposit. When questioned and asked for proof from the inventory for before and after photos, she could not prove these and straight away took away the charges. They claimed the property needed 2 full days of 2 cleaners at £300 to bring back to the same standard. I confronted Nicola on her unprofessional approach and complete change of character. I felt like this was a personal attack on us deciding to leave the property, knowing that they would not be able to charge the property for new renters at the price we had been paying due to the circumstances with the house. I gained a cleaning quote myself for end of tenancy which came out at £180, so this in itself was a complete overcharge. They let me go back to do the cleaning myself which took me 2.5 hours on my own. Imagine if I had just agreed to the charges! This estate agent knows what they are doing to try and scam back as much money as they can at the end of tenancy. I fought and argued for evidence and I will say it was good of them to let us go back to address issues which we were at fault of, however if you are not on top of everything and ask for proof, they would have taken a lot more money from us. If I was a home owner and this estate agent managed my house, I would be disappointed at the inspection quality, and it has been a shame to end the tenancy not wanting anything to do with a house we once loved and called home.

Dear Stones Property Team, I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the entire Stones Property team for your kindness, support, and understanding throughout this entire process of securing a good apartment in Southall. This positive outcome was only possible because of your guidance, and it would not have been achievable without your support. I would like to give special thanks to Simrat, Bob, and Amrit for their exceptional help, professionalism, and patience. Your dedication and willingness to support us during a very difficult time truly made a meaningful difference for me and my family. You have all been extremely helpful, and your assistance has meant a great deal to us. We are truly grateful for your big-hearted and compassionate nature. You will remain in our prayers, and we wish you good health, happiness, safety, and continued success. May God bless and protect you always. Once again, thank you very much for your continued support and assistance. Kind regards MB

Even though Stones Property promised good service at the start, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Communication was almost non-existent, I was always the one chasing updates, and the promised follow-up calls never happened. They also gave an unrealistically high valuation just to beat other estate agents, which turned out to be misleading. In the end, I lost money because the actual market value was much lower than what they told me. After deciding to withdraw from my contract, I emailed and called multiple times but never received any response. They completely ignored my formal notice to cancel and wasted a lot of my time. Very poor communication, lack of honesty, and zero professionalism. I would strongly advise others to avoid Stones Property.
