Called to arrange a viewing on a house I'm really interested in. Answered numerous questions about finances amd position, and was told to expect a call back to arrange a viewing - couldn't arrange immediately because of Covid rules. No call received. House now listed online as having received asking price offer.

We were not taken seriously and having children in the house we had a leaking boiler and mould developing in the house for over a year before we moved out and it was still not fixed oone of our children had ashtma and this was worsened by the mould in the downstairs toilet which was then unusable.to top this off agter we left thethe house spotless minus some weeding and a oven clean they tried to charge us 50% of our deposit for cleaning services. Wouldn't recommend as nothing was fixed in the 5 and half years we lived there. The landlord tried to fix rather than replace and left most stuff half working. DONT USE AND AVOID!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

With reasonable notice, we asked three agents in Alsager to meet us on a Saturday afternoon to discuss the marketing of my late mother in law’s bungalow. One agent could not find anyone to attend so we discounted them. The other two turned up and their representatives were both impressive. One suggested a price £35k higher than the other. We knew nothing of the Alsager property market so we went for the higher price. We then wasted 17 weeks during which we had maybe 10 viewings and not even the hint of a single offer. We learned a lot about the Alsager property market. In week 18 we turned to Stephenson Browne who had suggested the lower price. Brittany Stokoe looked for a buyer, she was resourceful and her enthusiasm never waned. When she found the deal, Margret Caddy stepped in and refused to let the lawyers create the communication chasm that some lawyers seem to covet. She responded instantly to queries and problems and used immense initiative to close the deal. Brittany and Margret were supported by others and together they did a great job for us.

A great service from Tracy, Margret and the team. Very professional and happy to go above and beyond as I was not living locally during the time of the sale. Honest and frank about pricing, a good number of viewings which led to a quick offer and then very good at communicating and chasing things during the sales process. Also very good at problem solving during the inevitable stresses that go with selling a house. I would recommend them highly.
