GoogleWe had a really positive experience with this estate agency when buying our first home in 2024. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and weren’t always sure about the process, but the team were very patient and approachable throughout. They took the time to explain everything clearly and never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable asking questions. Communication was consistently good, and they kept us updated at every stage, which made the whole process much less stressful. They were also very open during viewings and happy to talk through the property in detail, which we really appreciated. The process itself moved quite quickly, including the paperwork, and everything felt well organised. The solicitors they worked with were also efficient, which helped things progress smoothly. Overall, we felt supported from start to finish, and it made a big difference as first-time buyers. We ended up buying our home through them, which says a lot about the level of service we received and would 100% recommend them

GoogleI can't recommend this estate agents high enough! After the passing of my dad we needed valuations for the purpose of probate. We contacted a number of estate agents.. 1 made it quite clear they weren't interested in helping us, but this company was exactly the opposite ! They couldn't have been more kind and sympathetic, which means a lot at times like this. We were visited by Andy who was kind and very respectful of our situation and couldn't have been more helpful! Everyone from this company including office staff couldn't have been done any more for us and we will definitely be in contact with them again should we decide to sell the property. Thanks again guys

GoogleTo say that securing an exchange and completion date was tricky is an understatement- a massive understatement at that - however both Ben and Gail worked tirelessly and went over and above, sometimes in baffling situations others that just beggared belief. Through it all, Ben and Gail remained professional (whilst I did not) working non-stop to achieve deadlines that just kept changing! Not only can I not recommend Staves highly enough, I cannot thank them enough for making the sale of our new home possible. Forever grateful.
