GoogleNot got a bad word to say. Kay has dealt with us from day one and it’s always been such a pleasure. Any issues we’ve had which hasn’t been many at all have been sorted promptly and communication is always great! What’s best is the little chats we have when she pops to do the inspections which again is always a pleasure.

GoogleHaving used Starkey and Browns a number of times before it was a no brainer to use them again, they’ve since upped their game even more making the process extremely easy and fluid. They’ve managed to secure a full asking price offer on our property during these particularly difficult market conditions. From the initially consultation to photos to sale the team have been excellent. Would highly recommend.

My house sale was complex and lengthy and Lucy, the sales progressor was an absolute star, she was my rock and friend through a very dificult time in my life. GoogleI would like to say Starkey & Brown did a fantastic job selling our house and I would certainly use them in the future. Kara their sales consultant was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Aimee the Senior Sales Consultant was on the ball and just three weeks after the house went on the market the sale was agreed. Lucy the sales progressor was constantly intouch with myself the buyer's and the solicitors which made the whole process seem so easy. All in all Starkey & Brown Estate Agents have got themselves a great team.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant estate agents. During these tough times S&B made the daunting process of buying our first home easy and stress free. I'd like to thank Melanie for sending the initial link to the property and also Kara for showing us round. But in particular I'd like to give special thanks to Lucy for all the work she put in as our sales progessor. She was always available to answer my (many) questions and was constantly calling and emailing to us to keep us in the loop. Not once did I have to chase or wait any length of time for a call or reply to an email. I can't thank Lucy and S&B enough for how smooth they made the whole buying process. We will 100% recommend S&B to anyone and we will certainly use them again in the future.

GoogleWe have just used Starkey and Brown in Scunthorpe, firstly to rent our property short term and then sell it. We would highly recommend using them and have nothing but appreciation for their hard work. They have made selling our house easy and stress free. They have been fantastic from start to finish. They have been helpful, great with communication, gone above and beyond and came up with some great solutions to rent our house / get it sold. Kara initially dealt with us and gave us all the information we needed, a good rate and took some fantastic pictures of the house. Melanie also got involved and helped push the rental and sale side of things through effectively. A bonus is their sales progression team, Lucy has been great at pushing things forward, keeping us up to date and ensuing a quick and smooth sale. We have never had any issue with contacting them and nothing has been to much for them to do! Again highly recommend .

Kara come out to the house to value and take pictures, she was so lovely and made me feel relaxed by the whole process (our first house sale). GoogleMoving house is always stressful but working with Starkey and brown has reduced this considerably. From the time Kara did the valuation to the support we have had from the selling team they have always been supportive and professional. We sold our house in 3 weeks mainly due to their help with viewings and helpful advice

GoogleCan't thank Starkey and Brown for helping us sell our house so quickly. We were recommended Starkey and Brown by a friend, and I'm glad we went with them. Selling your house can be really daunting but Lucy, Kara and Aimee were so friendly and knowledgable, I just knew we were in safe hands. We'd found a house we loved, so selling ours quickly and at the right price was essential. The S&B team understood the assignment and we'd accepted a great offer less than a week later. We never needed to chase them or anything, and they just fit everything around us. Now we're the friends recommending them to others!

GoogleStarkey's have been brilliant from start to finish, with Kara coming to take photos and even helping us move pieces of furniture about to make it look as good as possible. Then we had Melanie and Lucy who saw us through the entire process. I never once had to chase Starkey's as they always kept in touch giving us guidance throughout the whole process! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!!

GoogleKara came to value my house as I wanted to sell. She did a great job and the pictures she took were brilliant. Very friendly and gave my all the information I needed very clearly. I had a courtesy call the following day from Melanie which to me meant a lot. Amie then took over and she was also great as she sorted out a query I had straight away and again very friendly. With the marketing that was done my house sold in about 10 days. I’ve since had call from Lucy to keep me up date with the progress. I can’t rate Starkey & Brown high enough.

I was promptly met at the house by Property Consultant Kara Mortimer. Kara viewed the property before taking time to offer some genuine and very useful advice in a nicely simple but professional manner. GoogleWe listed and sold our property with Starkey and Brown last year and they were fabulous from start to finish. Kara came to value the property and was friendly, professional and very helpful. Once we listed we secured a sale very quickly thanks to Aimee and the team promoting our property. We had a lot of issue with the property we were purchasing and Lucy our sales progress or had great advice and patience with us. Very helpful and understanding in a difficult situation. GoogleI was very impressed by he customer service I received with Starkey & Brown. Kara initially viewed the property and was very professional and friendly explaining the whole procedure involved to sell the property. Everything was dealt with promptly and Lucy took over the sale. She contacted me every week without fail to keep me in the loop of the sale progress . She helped me through the whole process and also spoke to my buyers when probate was delayed. A great team, five stars, would recommend them to anyone .

I was initially impressed by Kara’s professional attitude and so agreed for her to list the house. Even though mine wasn’t the nicest on the street, Starkey & Brown secured an offer in just eight weeks. The whole team have been very approachable, professional and made the sale hassle free.
