I have since amended my previous review. I was recontacted by the letting steam after an initially frustrating interaction about a property I was very interested in. James and Megan have taken really good care of me and the whole process was very smooth. They have dealt with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Their communication has been great and I would definitely let with this agent again on the basis of having gone through the process fully with them.

Don't mistake the friendliness for professionalism

it would be zero stars if this was an option. 2 years after purchase and still a failure. How can you be proud in this. Richard and Andy at stack and bonner actively pushed unfinished new build properties, reporting many of us, unknown to each of us that we were holding up developments due to being the last one to exchange knowing funding had dried up and now owners left with an unsafe incomplete built, not passing fire safety, leaving us with estimate 90k of fixing together with leaking roof and now no management company due to administration and being unfaithful. Far from luxury apartments. Stack and bonner knew all about this and we have evidence and clearly have connection with south west ltd Jamie chapman who have been taking to court and prosecuted. No follow up following purchase even though they highlight amazing customer service. I didn't even receive all my keys and yet they still say how proud they are of the success of this building to current day.

Very unprofessional people work there. For instance, Megan - a letting negotiator whom I had to push 24/7 for anything to happen. She would never call back or reply to my email or be at least remotely interested in doing her job. She doesn't know anything: how parking permits work, what the total area is, or what the property floor plan looks like. She just couldn't be bothered. It's a shame because their agency had a few very attractive properties on the market but dealing with these sort or people is a nightmare. Ended up finding a property elsewhere UPD: I was contacted by the Stack&Bonner management. The manager was genuinely interested in my feedback which I provided. He apologised to me and seemed to be keen on improving things. Let's hope it was a one-off issue.

Somewhat belatedly, I just wanted to thank you very much indeed for working so hard to bring our sale to completion. Richard brought just the right kind of continual pressure onto the buyer and his solicitor to get us over the line. We completed on the 31 August and funds were very swiftly deposited into my bank account. Since than I have had a great time working out where I can put the money for maximum interest. James was very quick to react to our enquiries and made sure to only show and recommend properties within our search criteria (strangely this is not commen with other estate agents) Once we narrowed down to a couple of properties, James once again was very patient to show us the properties a couple of more times so we can make our own informed decition never adding any pressure. Once our offer was excepted they introduced us to Richard to pretty much hand hold us through the rest of the purchase seen this was our first property purchase.
