GoogleAfter my reviewed , I found there must be an error from the single stars reviewer , what I think is must be some miss understanding , or the staff is changed , from my deal with my purchase, they are helpful, patient and trying to reach your interest . They are always there for you .Responsible and professional , is a good team work . However is nice to know your feeling why is that,how your customer roght is right cheers👍

GoogleI have been a tenant with S&B for the last 18 months. I have paid my rent on time and kept the property in immaculate condition. However over the last month I have been left with no hot water in my property. My property manager Lauren Doran has washed her hands of the issue and said she is unable to help in any way. I have been offered no alternative arrangements for access to hot water and there is still no timeline for the issue to be fixed. S&B have sent plumbers four times, the first being an apprentice who didn’t know one end of a pipe from the other. And a second guy who has decided after a month that it must be a boiler issue. I’ve been told by the property management team that no hot water for a month is ‘one of those things’. I feel sorry for the landlord paying his fees

For our recent flat sale, thanks to Jane for going beyond the call of duty to help us manage viewings around our young family, and to Richard for his dedication and great communication in completing the sale process. We decided to use Stack and Bonner after a great experience with Andy when we bought the property.

Terrible. I purchased a flat through stack and bonner back in 2020/2021 and for a first time buyer I can’t emphasise enough how this experience has put my off purchasing again! Constant delays throughout the experience lead to me living (at my own expense, no compensation in the slightest from the developer or S&B) in hotels for 3+ months, then pushed to complete on an unfinished building where the developers immediately folded after they’d got all the money. Felt like such a coordinated plan between storehouse London & S&B, such betrayal as soon as they’d got the money. No follow up from S&B post completion, just dropped, assuming because they want to avoid the situation the residents are now in and turn a blind eye to things. Residents are having to fund repairs, finishing parts of the building, and our own snagging with zero support. S&B knew the situation we’d be put in and still continued to push completion. Never using them again.

GoogleWorst Lettings Agent in Kingston upon Thames! I cannot begin to describe the sheer level of incompetence demonstrated by the Stack and Bonner Kingston Lettings team during our interactions with them recently. Their inability to comprehend the terms of their own tenancy agreement, the lack of awareness of current tenancy laws along with their general lack of empathy and professionalism make them the worst letting agents I have ever had to deal with in the last 10 years! This team's bumbling has cost both the landlord and the tenant time and money and I strongly advice anyone considering them to steer clear. You are better off using a more established brand than this bunch of clear amateurs who don't have the first clue about what they're doing.

If I could it would be zero stars. Richard and Andy at stack and bonner in coordination with storehouse London actively pushed unfinished properties, reporting that many of us were holding up developments due to being the last one to exchange knowing funding had dried up” and now owners left with incomplete built, funding emergency repairs them self to make property safe, together seeking legal and financial support.

FacebookFantastic agency to work with. I have dealt with them on four separate occasions to sell my flats in Kingston. I chose them because they have a wealth of experience (as involved with the sale of many of the major developments in and around Kingston). Not pushy, very polite, friendly and hugely professional in the way the handled the process from start to finish. Would highly recommend them.

GoogleAlways had a great service when approached Stack and Bonner during my quiries and viewings . So i decided to sell my property with them, well one of the best services i had so far . Achieved asking price on current Brexit regulated market, and provided great support during the whole process till completion.
