GoogleI have had some really bad experiences trying to rent with estate agents, discriminating against me because of my circumstances. However when I went into Snellers Hampton, I spoke with Frank Taylor and he was amazing, instead of saying no, he said yes! He helped me to find a property and because this was my first time renting privately (and had absolutely no idea on what the hell I was doing!) he helped me every step of the way. The poor guy got bombarded with questions from me both on the phone and via email, however he was extremely helpful and polite throughout it all. I had a few dealings with others in the team too and they were all equally helpful. Thank you so much to Frank and the team, my child and I are now settled and looking forward to Christmas in our new home.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleOver the last 18 month, Sneller’s have dealt with renting out my property and then selling it. Both were done without any fuss, finding great tenants initially and then a good purchase price for the property. Tom and Gary were both extremely helpful and dealt with any problems that arose quickly and with professionalism.

GoogleHannah was very helpful in making sure all of our questions asked were answered and if she did not know the answer she made sure to ask the tenant and get the info back to us ASAP. Even when Hannah was not available a man on the phone was very helpful and pleasant to talk when we needed Hannah to get back to us.

GoogleWe were renting our house out for the first time, due to a relocation abroad. After unsuccessfully trying to rent it out ourselves, we handed the reigns over to Hannah from Snellers. Immediately, we had several potential tenants viewing the property and we quickly secured tenants we were happy with and for a suitably monthly rental income. Hannah was great at communicating with us in a timely manner so we were aware of where we were in the process and answered any questions promptly. Happy with the service we received, we would recommend to others.

GoogleAs a landlord I would highly recommend Snellers as a Lettings agent. I was especially impressed by Hannah Amirjani who handled my property on a day to day basis. She was professional, efficient and very happy to accommodate specific requests. I was also very happy with the service from Simon Harding, the Manager who oversees the letting team. He was very helpful when I had specific questions. Too often I have dealt with agents who have oversold their services and failed to deliver but I was pleasantly surprised how Snellers met my expectations and at times exceeded them. After finding out we had to move unexpectedly we didn’t have any help from our current agency and many others didn’t even answer or call us back! Hannah and the team really came to the rescue! Hannah was able to arrange a viewing of our future home and the whole process has been wonderful. The team could not have been more helpful and polite whenever we contacted them. The paperwork was completed exceptionally quickly and any queries and requests were handled promptly and perfectly. GoogleSnellers is a fantastic agency. Throughout our whole house finding process we were in touch with Hannah. From start to finish she was very considerate of what we wanted, patient with all our questions and never condescending like some other agencies have been to us. Our process for signing a contract was lengthy with some bumps along the way but Hannah was always there for advice and she never failed to get back to us with any questions we had. Overall a fantastic experience, far smoother than we had anticipated and we are immensely happy. GoogleWe are a group of 10 leaseholders who were extending our leases at the same time. Although we chose to hire another company to represent us we would highly recommend Sneller Commercial Surveyors when it comes to their professionalism. Mrs. Chhaya Pankhania was very helpful and responsive with her correspondence. She provided all the information we asked and needed in order to make our decision. The fees were very competitive. Overall great experience
