I was really happy with the service I got from Snellers. Gary Oliver was very friendly and approachable when we first met him and gave by far the best impression of all the companies we had round for valuations. When we listed our property with Snellers the team organised an "open house" and managed to arrange more viewings than I expected we would get in such a short time span, and got us two offers at or over the asking price. During the sale process in the run up to exchange I've been really happy with the service provided by Taylor Harris and Claudia Bedenko who were both really attentive to our needs, keeping us in the loop and doing everything in their power to help speed things along. This is the first time I've sold a property so I was honestly quite unsure about how it all works and to be honest, quite nervous, and I've been really pleased with our choice of agent.

I then instructed Snellers and Jessica was my main contact. Jessica has been 100% fantastic through the sale of my property. Her local and overall knowledge of the market has ensured I sold my flat in the current market and in reasonable timeframes. I felt Jessica listened to me and understood my needs. She checked in regularly and was able to chase any delays. Selling a flat is a stressful process, however Jessica made this as smooth as possible, provided reassurances when needed and overall was very supportive. I recently renovated my property before placing it back on the market. Before the renovation, Yacine visited the property with me and provided me with feedback on what I should and shouldn't do. His advice was much appreciated. During the renovation, Jessica supported me, and provided me with a valuation upon conpletion. A candidate was proposed to me the day after the property went on the market. She rang me with a detailed description of the candidate and I agreed to the lease. On Monday, I signed the tenancy agreement for a three-year letting. I was very happy with the service provided.
