What I found when dealing with Taylor Harris is that he is straight forward and honest. Not playing any games, just straight to the point. More focus on customers and customer service. They were really responsive in getting house viewings booked, we viewed the house we ended up offering on on the same day we called to inquire about it. I would like to personally thank Claudia Bedenko who was patient, diligent and professional throughout. She made a long process a lot more manageable by doing her utmost to keep everything moving along on all sides, not an easy feat when a chain is involved. GoogleAfter buying our first home with Snellers 8 years ago and having such a positive experience and subsequent experiences with other agents in between that were not so positive, our first choice this time was always going to be Snellers when it came to selling it. It was a bonus that Snellers happened to be the agent with the house we have now had an offer accepted on. They have been helpful and professional throughout. Always available to deal with queries, explaining in enough detail and remained transparent during the whole process. We have mainly been dealing with Ross, Taylor and Antony who have been great, however the team as a whole have made our experience as trouble free as it could be in a challenging market. I would thoroughly recommend Snellers.

GoogleA legalised mafia, very poor service, very expensive fees, imposing expensive maintenance works which were not required. Super-expensive subcontractors, e.g gardener and cleaners. Very poor response to email or phone calls.

GoogleI rented a place through snellers and the person who we contacted for information, for complaints or anything was Amira Valentine-George. She took good care of us (me and my flatmates), responding to emails fast, was efficient, and tried to set up dates for plumbers to visit us as fast as possible to fix our problems. Although plumbers took sometime to visit, it could’ve been cause of earlier booking, she tried though. I think she is a decent agent and I do recommend her.

GoogleI cannot recommend or thank our property manager Jeanette enough- she has given us outstanding support, demonstrated an abundance of professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to helping us navigate through the difficult situation when our flat was flooded by a burst pipe 9 months ago. Her willingness to promptly address our concerns and provide clear guidance made a world of difference in alleviating our anxiety. We felt reassured knowing that she was there to assist us every step of the way.

GoogleA awful service in a hard market. I would avoid. Promises a lot when trying to secure your property to market. Does not follow up on those promises (I was ignored for the duration of contract), the worst estate agent I have worked with.
