Alex Robins from Snellers has been a great agent. He helped me adjust my original offer on a rental property, which gave me the best chance at being the chosen tenant, and it worked! I doubt I would have been accepted otherwise. When I couldn't provide prefered documentation for the application process, he helped me through alternative routes to getting my tennancy application through. Alex was very lovely throughout our increasingly stressful and panicked housing search. I'm sure you know how difficult the London housing market is to navigate, especially as young professionals. But I'm very grateful to Alex that he called us back about a property where the landlord had accepted another offer that ended up falling through. As a result of him thinking of us, we were able to sign the tenancy on a property we were so heartbroken to have had to move on from, and got everything sorted super quick with just two weeks left on our current tenancy!
