GoogleThe problem was a leak in the bathroom of a flat on the first floor leading to the light in the bathroom in the flat below failing. Sophie Shepherd both dealt with the leak very promptly even though it was Christmas Eve. Sophie got landlord permission to take up tiles, arranged for a plumber to repair the leak and then arranged for an electrician to replace the bathroom light in the flat below. All of this was done whilst keeping me well informed of progress. This was essential as I have LPA for the owner and resident of the ground floor flat and who is a vulnerable adult.

GoogleI would like to say that this property has a differentiated service. As a customer, I really felt that people care about my quest. Most agencies do not return or because I have difficulty in English (which is my case) they leave us "in the air" and do not care. But with THOMAS and the team in Kingston this experience was really positive and it is through people and companies like this that the world is better. All the best for all.

GoogleNew: I used Snellers for the second time. My agent was Matthew this time round and I couldn't be more satisfied. My move between the two properties (inlcuding finding the property and documentation) was so easy and fast I did not feel any stress. Matt is a professional and works really hard to make sure that both tenant and landlords are satisfied with the outcome of the agreement. Everything got sorted in less than a week and now the only bit left to do is actually move in my new proprety. Thank you for making this easy and approaching your job with great care and passion. Old: My agent was Lilli and she helped me find my new flat. She was very responsive, professional, helpful, friendly and everything went very fast and smooth. I've been in the flat for two months now and I can't complain. The properties offered by the agency are good quality and on reasonable prices. You get help from everyone and you get offered a lot of places before you sign so that you can find what you are looking for in your price range. We went into the Sneller branch and spoke to Thomas about the flat we were intrested in and told him we were keen to get going. We have been in the flat now for a few months and are very happy. As a first time renter myself, Tom really helped me step by step through the process and informed me of anything I needed to know. GoogleThomas and Matthew helped us to find and secure in a very efficient and quick way our new home, so we’re looking forward to moving in. We were receiving professional and considerate service, very prompt responses and support throughout the process. Can’t really find any fault to complain. After unexpected changes we were placed in a position of moving out and looking for a new place to live. After several viewings we almost lost our hope to find a place we really like. Unfortunately our current agency didn’t even offer any help to us even after being with them for years.
