Really happy with our experience with Snellers Hampton Hill. Andy was great throughout, always quick to respond and kept things moving, which made a big difference as the process can get stressful. My brother, sister and I recently used Snellers to sell our late father’s house on behalf of our mother. Snellers were really helpful dealing with our power of attorney arrangements, working efficiently through the sale process to secure a buyer and then supporting through to completion. The team were really helpful and kept us well informed at all times. We are very happy with the service we received and would use Snellers again.

My family’s rental apartment in Brentford has been badly managed by Snellers. Namely by Pryce Bravo, who will not respond to correspondence, or take action necessary for the building’s repairs, and seems set on costing an already tested landlord more funds.

Truly incompetent and unreliable. I have had to deal with Sneller over the past 5 years, unfortunately, as they manage the building in New Malden where I own a flat. It has been a nightmare, and the service hasn’t improved over the years. The latest example is that I have contacted Sneller 6 weeks ago regarding a drop in water pressure that affects the whole building, including my tenants. I have chased Sneller repeatedly with multiple emails over the past 6 weeks and I am yet to receive an answer from them. That is typical of Sneller. If you are reading reviews in order to decide or whether or not to hire Sneller to manage your building, I can only warn you to avoid them at all costs. There have been numerous problems over the years since they took over the management. On one issue, I have spent 19 months chasing Sneller as the roof was leaking into my flat and my tenant was breathing moulds. I have sent well over 66 emails about it, and they didn’t fix the roof. I filed a formal complaint for negligence. Unfortunately, this made no difference, as Sneller seems to lack any work ethic. I had no choice but to step in and handle the roof repairs myself, despite this being Sneller’s responsibility, and I spent considerable time coordinating contractors, surveyors, and securing quotes and approvals from the directors. By the time we got the scaffolding up, the roof was in such a state of decay, leaking everywhere, that repairs cost us £25,500. I then went through the Property Redress Scheme, which decided on January 9th that I should be awarded compensation if I agreed not to pursue legal action against Sneller. However, the compensation offered was far too small to cover the losses I incurred due to Sneller’s negligence. I prefer to keep using my voice to warn other people as I honestly wouldn’t wish Sneller’s services on anyone.
