Snellers has acted as our managing agent for around 4 years. For 3 of those years the service was not very good at all with regular interventions required and high turnover of staff. For the last year however we have had fantastic service from Nathaniel Evanson, to such an extent that I wanted to record it somewhere. He has been everything that we have been missing. Responds to emails promptly, visits the property, picks up the phone and shows a genuine interest when speaking about the property. Very happy with service currently received and all thanks to Nathaniel.
