We are now pleased to be liasing with Nathaniel who always goes above and beyond, is a pleasure to communicate with and is exemplary in all his follow ups. Nathaniel ensures everyone is kept informed, is polite, thorough and helpful always. Clearly, he has pride in his work and this shows. It makes such a difference when such care and effort is taken to ensure everyone is working together for the best outcome. Thank you Nathaniel! ........................................................................................................ Dire. No response to emails/calls. They lie and say they haven't received messages left with the person who takes calls. Do nothing about ongoing problems and create more problems and higher costs for the landlord. Avoid

GoogleSigned sole agency contract with Sharon. The unit we had we wanted to start the marketing at the higher price and perhaps a price drop at some point. For the whole period we had not much feedback and luck of communication from them as from our agents. We had to call them for feedback which should be the other way arround. We let the property through different agent instead who knew how to communicate. We still needed to pay £ 900 for the marketing that they have done - the other agents don't charge you for that . If you want to let your unit with snellers - read the contract properly before you sign , and perhaps think twice before you put your unit on the market with them

GoogleI have viewed a property from Snellers Hampton. Firstly the booking was almost instant. I called them and half an hour later I was viewing the property which is amazing. The agent Ruby was very helpful, professional, arrived bang on time, explained everything very clearly and answered every single one of my questions. I have been searching for a property to buy for a couple of months now. I have seen a lot of people from various estate agents. This was the first time I had an absolutely perfect experience.
