We couldn't be happier with the service we received from the SB team! We would highly recommend them as they got us 12 viewings in one day, 6 offers, and it sold for over asking price! We got to know the Holmfirth office quite well whilst selling our property as we always popped in to say hi and check progress. We were always greeted with smiles. Joe did a great job of valuing our house and asking questions to make sure the evaluation was accurate. Grace and Samantha were always checking in with a happy and positive attitude and there was always someone to answer the phone and deal with our questions quickly and efficiently. Emma maintained great communication with us and our buyers throughout the entire process and made sure the solicitors moved quickly. We will certainly be going back to them next time we move!

The initial contact was with Joesph who was very professional throughout the whole process and he was ably supported by James in the office whom we met on a few occasions. Any queries were dealt with promptly either by James or by other people in the office.
