GoogleAwful set of people to deal with. Dealt with someone called Dave and by far the worst estate agent I have ever met. Hardly answers calls, isn't bothered to call back. Its people like him who give the genuine estate agents a bad name. Would not recommend at all.

GoogleGreat team always helpful and willing to help share advise. Binda handles all the stress from tenants for my rental properties, it is a great pleasure to do business with, as a landlord I recommend Binda any time to handle this job.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GooglePLEASE READ CAREFULLY!! Unfortunately I’ve had the worst experience with this agent. Took a holding deposit for the sale of my flat, did not check if the buyers had a mortgage beforehand. Got me to give my tenant notice as the buyer wanted vacant possession. Months and months of chasing nothing, no movement from the buyer. The holding deposit doesn’t go to the seller it goes to them. I’ve lost over £7,000 in rent and fees paid for solicitors and agent packs. Really wish I had never agreed to selling it. Real shame, im sure they are a good bunch of people but for me I needed to sell a flat and they did not achieve this.
Hi, sorry to hear of your experience. Can you please advise which property you are relating to and full name? I will then look into to this a revert back to you. Regards

GoogleShaw and Co have been amazing and very supportive in the sale of my house and purchase of a new home. The journey was a long one with lots of last minute hiccups but throughout the process everyone at Shaw and Co - Pav, Shiv and Charan have been professional, honest and quick to take action. I would highly recommend Shaw and Co to anyone wishing to sell their property or buy via them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleShiv and the team are patient, genuine and up front people. They all helped me manage the sale of my flat so effectively - they were responsive to questions, got stuff done and the sale through really quickly. A pleasure to deal with them.

GoogleBeen with Shaw & Co for 11 years now. They have truly helped me manage my flat and the tenants through many challenges small and big. GoogleCo-operative staffs with very efficient receptionist. Always ready to help. Able to buy property with good support of Pav and Dave. Special thanks both of you and your entire team. I gave 4 star only because of solicitors as they are very slow in process and communication. Due to lack of communications I waited almost 6 months to complete my purchase. Highly recommended !

GoogleI had a very bad experience with this agency.. Would not recommend it. They don't give your deposits back when you are leaving the property.. They deduct some amount and put new things in the property. Very poor serviceNegativeQuality
Hi Milburn, I am surprised to hear you have had a bad experience with Shaw and co. You have been a tenant of ours since 2019, and during this period you moved twice. I would like to remind you, as you well know, all deposits are protected and it is not down to Shaw and co, to decide what is deducted. On this occasion your landlord has decided to make deductions for some damages in the bathroom. We have tried to negotiate between yourself and the landlord, which has been unsuccessful. We have now advised you to take this up as a dispute with the deposit protection service, which is the correct procedure thereafter. This process is now out of our control.
