GoogleI had a very bad experience with buying property through this agency. Riddled with lies and exaggeration. Bad mannered agents who are working solely based on on their own profits and interest. Because of this, I lost a property which I was highly interested in, but they prioritiedrioritd their own private clients who paid them bigger commisions.I would never buy or sell again through this agency.NegativeProfessionalism
Dear Elli, Can you please advise what property your comments are related to? I have searched your name in our database but cannot seem to locate your details. I am wondering if you may have mistaken our office with another?

GoogleWe as a family have always gone to Shaw & Co whenever we are looking for new properties such as the one we just recently purchased through them. Our go to person in the office is Charan who has always helped us on every occasion, is always incredibly responsive, helpful and has extensive knowledge on the area so always knows exactly what properties to show us in order to meet our needs.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleExcellent results and service from Pav, Shiv and the team at Shaw & Co (Heston). We had various issues selling our property previously with numerous buyers wasting our time for months on end. After appointing Shaw & Co we had a prompt offer and sold the property at a price that we were very happy with. Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe most horrible estate ever seen...! They play like costumers are not cuolified , and the still money for no reason, even you send all the right documents and a guarantor...! They are nothing to do with professionalism and and loyalty! It’s a ghost estate! I can provide every one with recordings that I have done from them and with paper works... In 24h I got a solution from another estate which are perfect in this businesses.

GoogleWe extremely grateful that we selected ‘Shaw-co-estate-agents’ to buy our house. Specially Charan & Deepak made us comfortable, guided on every steps i.e. from property viewing to completion. Deepak has dealt all finance related work very efficiently. Very happy with the services. In few words "Truly Professional, Reasonable & Excellent Service". Thank you very much.

GoogleWe purchased a property recently, the service we got really great! Right from our offer to completion, every step Charan and team were helped. we had couple of views to the property, every time Charan explained what we asked for. Also provided financial services from their team. All done with in the time frame what I ask for. It was really helpful for the people like me very busy and unknown.

GoogleThank you so much for helping me with selling my property. I came across most of all members from Shaw and Co Heston and all of them were very supportive. I would like to mention that Dave, Shiv and Pav - you guys are doing great job. I realised that should have given my property to sell at first place. Dave has got great marketing skills and he tries very hard to arrange viewings so definitely recommend Shaw and Co Heston .

GoogleI had a great experience with Shaw & Co they were outstanding all the way for the House I purchased. Especially Charandeep Thethi he was very professional and kept my wife and me in the loop all the way till the transaction was completed. He was honest and very helpful throughout the whole sale process and I hardly had to do much chasing around as this was all done for us. I am truly a happy customer and I would definitely recommend the Estate Agent Shaw & Co to everyone as I will be using them again to sell or to buy in the near future.
