GoogleGet Agent told me that Shaw and Co were the best performing agents in my area. When I met with director Pav Lall I was impressed with his market knowledge and professionalism. I engaged Shaw and Co to market my property and they produced a high quality sales brochure. They informed me of each viewing and gave me feedback afterwards and I had offers in a short time. Overall, I would recommend Shaw and Co to anyone in the same situation.

GoogleProactive sales service from instruction to offer accepted. Company's sales progression could benefit from fine-tuning. This is a valuable function particularly in a 'challenging and protracted' sales transaction. Sheetal Suri, Senior Property Consultant stepped up to propel the sale of our property and we appreciate her efforts and input. Would have given Shaw & Co a 5-star rating but for the execution of its end-to-end sales progression service, and for that reason, given a 4-star rating.

GoogleIt has been 25 years since we last moved and it was a very busy and frustrating experience, but without the help of Maria at Shaw and Co It would have been so much more traumatic. From the initial viewing to the exchange, Maria was across everything with consummate ease and professionalism liaising between everyone concerned and was always available to be contacted for updates.I am a naturally impatient person, but somehow she managed to reassure me that it would all be fine and it was, so I would not hesitate to recommend her and Shaw and Co. GoogleI've had a great experience with the team at Shaw & Co in Heston. Sheetal from the sales team was fantastic throughout the sale of my property - always friendly, helpful and quick to follow up, keeping me updated at every stage. Binda from the property management team was equally brilliant during the year she managed my property. She handled all the communications with the tenants and dealt with any issues quickly and efficiently, often without me even needing to get involved. PJ and every member of the Shaw & Co team were always prompt in helping with any queries and were very professional and approachable. Overall, everyone has been a pleasure to deal with and the service has been great from start to finish. I'd definitely recommend Sheetal, Beena, PJ and the whole team to anyone looking for a reliable and professional sales or lettings agency.

GoogleAfter initially making the mistake of choosing an estate agent who persuaded me that they could achieve an unrealistic price for our property, I unfortunately lost a considerable amount of time before deciding to change agents. From the very beginning, Maria was a breath of fresh air. She was highly professional, honest and realistic about the market and what we could expect to achieve. Her communication was excellent throughout, she was always responsive, approachable and easy to deal with. Maria worked tirelessly to generate interest and arrange viewings, and her hard work and persistence ultimately resulted in the successful sale of our property. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Maria to anyone looking to sell their home. I only wish I had instructed her from the start, and I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to use her again in the future.

After my previous mortgage broker was unable to help me, my friend, Sheetal Suri at Shaw & Co Estate Agents, recommended Deepak, their in-house mortgage broker, and I'm so grateful she did. From day one, Deepak went above and beyond. My mortgage application was far from straightforward, but he never gave up. He guided me through every step of the process, always explained everything clearly, gave honest and valuable advice, and was always there to answer my questions and put my mind at ease.
