We recently sold our flat through shaw and co and our entire experience has been absolutely fantastic. Sheetal Suri did the initial valuation and was very polite and informative about the market and how shaw and co would handle the process if we did choose them. Having met a few other estate agents I was convinced that this firm would be the best to go with. We landed an offer within a couple of viewings and from offer accepted to completion Jindra Lall was at hand. She was always assisting us and enabled us the close the transaction quickly. We are really pleased with our whole experience of dealing with shaw and co and would not hesitate to recommend them for any sales.

We have recently sold through Shaw and Co with the help of Charan and Maria. Maria was super helpful in liaising with house viewings and was always reachable over Whatssap if we had any questions. The process was quite tricky but Charan in particular did everything to ensure we got the house sold. Charan was responsive, well connected and efficient. Despite a couple of miscommunication issues along the way during the conveyancing process, we managed to sell within our timeframe and were happy with the overall service.

Moving from a flat to a house was a big jump for us. We had limited time to lock in and secure a property that fit, Charan came through for us. Charan went above and beyond to ensure that we were catered to in every way. From early/late correspondence to continuous updates, creating a great sense of trust and confidence within the process. After renovating the property, should we wish to sell, we would definitely instruct Charan to look after our sale. We would want any potential buyer walking through our doors to have the same experience as we did. We cannot express how great Charan was with us over the past couple of months, and we are not easy customers either.

When my parents wanted to put their house up for sale we contacted a few estate agents to come and value the house. Pav Lall (Director for Shaw & Co Heston) was by far the most professional and prepared person out of everyone who came, providing numerous comparables and evidence to back up the valuation he was proposing. He took time to understand what my parents were looking for and his warm and friendly nature just shone through in every aspect. Pav was proactive at every step. He's probably dealt with people like me who ask a million questions over a thousand times, but nothing was too much trouble for him. He's a genuinely good estate agent, but more than that he's a genuinely good person. And speaking of genuinely good people, Sheetal Suri was also as equally exceptional. She supported us every step of the way, took charge of the whole process of viewings as well as (again) my many questions I had once we had an offer accepted. Nothing ever seemed like a hassle for her either and getting her on the phone provided instant reassurance in a process which can be extremely stressful. Amazing estate agents. I had a few come out to pitch selling for us but I was so impressed with what shaw and co had to offer and also very happy with Charan who was such a lovely man. Charan has been brilliant throughout the whole process. When we met him, he showed just how efficient he was- and he was throughout! His efficiency got our flat sold in record time (luckily for us, it took just over a week) with the least amount of disruption because he scheduled viewings well. His professionalism and experience helped us through the whole process and we were very lucky to have Shaw & Co help us. In particular, he was very calming when I was stressing about the timelines! Shaw & Co agents were all very easy to get a hold of and helped explain the process clearly. When situations changed, they gave us the tools and ideas to explore different options in order to sell ours and buy our next home. Their pricing is fair with no hidden costs and fees.
