GoogleI had the pleasure of using shaw & Co to buy my property and it happened on the last day of my mortgage extension !!! otherwise I would of lost my property and it was only down to Maria and Jindras hard work and lot's of hours following up the solicitors and chasing emails, they did it in the end for me and it's with great pleasure writing this review to say I would highly recommend them and there team...for me it was never say die attitude to get me over the line and I'd like to say a big thank you to all involved, they we're professional and approachable every step of the way 🫡 Wayne

GoogleI struggled to sell my flat for months via an online agent so I turned to Shaw & Co who were local to me. I was not disappointed. They acted quickly and efficiently and I received an offer which I accepted within a few weeks of instructing them. Many thanks to Sheetal, Jindra and other members of the team who kept me in the loop and made sure the sale was progressing to completion. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleShaw and co : I dealt mainly with Sheetal and Shiv. They were successful getting me a sale . The good points : Good communication, open and Honest , quick to answer questions / respond back. Important to build the relationship with the vendor which is always takes a little bit of time but I appreciated her honesty and responses. If an offer didn’t come through, they would bother to find out why and not just stay at ‘They didn’t like the property’ Improvement: push for the highest price - don’t take the 2nd or even the 3rd offer. Overall good experience and I would use Shetal again

GoogleWe recently purchased a house from shaw and co and Maria was very helpful with us from the beginning to the end. It started as a challenging journey in finding the best place, she had helped push the deal through and had been very active and responsive during the process too. We’ve dealt with several estate agents companies when we were searching for properties initially and we were fed up with the way the service was from them, this was certainly the best. Highly recommend.

GoogleReception lady, polish, extremely rude. I called left three times is week for Mr Pav, so kept telling me he is too busy to see me. I told her I got his number from Owen White solicitors in Feltham as their preferred solicitors for probate and that they had a special fee arrangement with shaw and Co. Lady 8n reception told slme she did not like my attiude when I requested a call back. Eventually Mr Pav called back 5 days later. I took my business to Your move. Really rude receptionist

We worked closely with Pav Lall and Maria Fernanda Piccoli throughout our sale transaction, and their dedication made all the difference. Pav negotiated on our behalf, and his market knowledge and negotiation skills are truly second to none. We felt confident and supported every step of the way. Throughout the conveyancing process, we faced a number of challenges and upheavals. At times, it felt overwhelming, but Maria remained calm, professional, and incredibly responsive. Her reassuring presence and excellent communication skills were invaluable. She consistently went above and beyond, even outside of working hours, responding to texts and calls promptly, something that’s rare in this industry. In a process as complex as conveyancing, where you’re dealing with multiple professionals, having someone like Maria made all the difference. She answered every question, kept us updated at all times, and truly made us feel prioritised.
