GoogleI had the opportunity to work with Charan on a recent sale for a property in Hounslow. Charan was brilliant from the word go. He had multiple viewings booked in and we agreed a sale within 10 days of launching and to top it off we had the deal complete in 7 weeks. Charan was on top of it all the way through and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend him and Shaw & Co.

GoogleCharan has been brilliant throughout the whole process. When we met him, he showed just how efficient he was- and he was throughout! His efficiency got our flat sold in record time (luckily for us, it took just over a week) with the least amount of disruption because he scheduled viewings well. His professionalism and experience helped us through the whole process and we were very lucky to have Shaw & Co help us. In particular, he was very calming when I was stressing about the timelines! Shaw & Co agents were all very easy to get a hold of and helped explain the process clearly. When situations changed, they gave us the tools and ideas to explore different options in order to sell ours and buy our next home. Their pricing is fair with no hidden costs and fees. They chased up all parties involved to ensure that the whole conveyance process ran smoothly. They were efficient in that they booked us in very quickly to do a valuation, take photos of our house, and the paper work all in one!

It started as a challenging journey in finding the best place, she had helped push the deal through and had been very active and responsive during the process too. We’ve dealt with several estate agents companies when we were searching for properties initially and we were fed up with the way the service was from them, this was certainly the best. Highly recommend.

GoogleMany thanks to Charan and the team at Shaw & Co (Whitton), you did a great job. Charan is like a bulldog when it comes to selling houses. He is professional, approachable, and always responds to communications day or, night! He remained positive that a sale could be achieved even though the market was slow and interest rates high. He came through for us in the end where other agents failed and was able to deliver a fair price, and a stress free sale. I would definately recommend this agency to prospective buyers / sellers. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

GoogleAmazing estate agents. I had a few come out to pitch selling for us but I was so impressed with what shaw and co had to offer and also very happy with Charan who was such a lovely man. I was happy with his extensive knowledge and his friendliness. They kept their promise on everything they said. We had a constant flow of viewers and the agents doing the viewings for us were lovely too. One in particular we dealt with was Maria. I think they went above and beyond. GoogleWe recently purchased a house through Shaw & Co, our estate agent Maria was a brilliant agent and was very helpful throughout the process. We had several house viewings with her before finding the right house for us. She guided us through each stage of the buying process and answered all our questions. She kept us informed of the progress and whenever we needed to see the house she was available without a hesitation. She is a very friendly person, easy to get on and a positive person, most of all she was very knowledgeable of the local area and housing market.
