Charen was well-organised, approachable, and helped ensure our purchase moved along smoothly. He was always available to answer questions and made the experience far less stressful. His colleagues were also great, providing regular updates and maintaining excellent communication. It was a real pleasure working with the whole team. Highly recommended!

From the first meeting myself and my wife felt reassured we had an estate agent who was actively interested in helping us achieve our goals of finding a home. Unlike other estate agents who wanted to rush us through as many viewings as possible, Charan was patient and informative throughout and entirely reassured us through stressful negotiations.

GoogleAmazing estate agents. I had a few come out to pitch selling for us but I was so impressed with what shaw and co had to offer and also very happy with Charan who was such a lovely man. I was happy with his extensive knowledge and his friendliness. They kept their promise on everything they said. We had a constant flow of viewers and the agents doing the viewings for us were lovely too. One in particular we dealt with was Maria. I think they went above and beyond. They all felt more like friends than us just being clients. I am happy to say our house sold with them and went through very quickly. Can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend to everyone. GoogleWe recently purchased a house through Shaw & Co, our estate agent Maria was a brilliant agent and was very helpful throughout the process. We had several house viewings with her before finding the right house for us. She guided us through each stage of the buying process and answered all our questions. She kept us informed of the progress and whenever we needed to see the house she was available without a hesitation. She is a very friendly person, easy to get on and a positive person, most of all she was very knowledgeable of the local area and housing market. We had a very good experience with her and greatly appreciate her role in finding our house. Thank you Maria!!!

GoogleI changed to Shaw after being on the market a while and not being entirely happy with my previous agent. Shaw where a breath of fresh air, from the first phone call to being on the market was a couple of days, and they had viewings immediately, lots of viewings, sometimes multiple viewing in a day! Communication was excellent, emails were often answered late at night, and there's no annoying automated telephone system, you're always straight through to actual person. Pav, Shiv and Maria were fantastically helpful and proactive, I was never running around chasing them. It's a terribly stressful time and this makes a huge difference. 10/10 would recommend.

GoogleI had the pleasure of using shaw & Co to buy my property and it happened on the last day of my mortgage extension !!! otherwise I would of lost my property and it was only down to Maria and Jindras hard work and lot's of hours following up the solicitors and chasing emails, they did it in the end for me and it's with great pleasure writing this review to say I would highly recommend them and there team...for me it was never say die attitude to get me over the line and I'd like to say a big thank you to all involved, they we're professional and approachable every step of the way 🫡 Wayne
