GoogleI have sold a terraced house in Hounslow with the help of Shaw & Co The service was excellent and the help always available, the sales fee was reasonable at 1%+VAT. The property sold quickly. I can recommend Shaw & Co and would be likely to use them again.

GoogleWhen we rang Shaw & Co to view a Flat at Renaissance Court, Hounslow, a lovely Lady, Maria, showed us around. We found her to be truly knowledgeable, honest, and professional. She answered all our questions to our satisfaction, and we decided to proceed with the purchase of the Flat. From day one Maria was always upfront, dependable, and easily contactable. She never failed to pickup the phone or ring back. I was even able to text/phone her outside of normal working hours. Buying and selling a property is always, incredibly stressful. At one stage the aspect of purchase did become quite challenging, but Maria played a key part in ensuring the issue was resolved to the satisfaction of ALL parties. I would give her TEN OUT OF TEN all the way. Thank you, Maria, for tremendous support from beginning to end. All the Best. KISHAN, Sudhir & Dinta Lalseta

GoogleShaw and Co Estate Agents did a very commendable job in selling my flat. From the time their MD Pav met me, discussed the options viewed the flat they had the flat on the market in no time. Very Professional in their approach, reliable and keep to their word. Would Highly Recommend Shaw and Co Estate Agents to anyone wanting their property sold. You wont regret it.

GoogleThe all Team is very helpful, kind and polite. You will always receive a call back when leaving a message. Big thank you to Pav. He has been extremely supportive and helpful through the purchase of my flat. I had some delays due to my solicitors, but Pav made me always feel like we had it under control. He has been firm when needed and able to calm me down when I was stressing out! Thank you Pav 5 stars!

GoogleHave used Shaw for several years to manage rental properties, after having bad experiences with a couple of other agents. They are attentive and efficient. They are available to me for any questions and queries I may have. Would highly recommend them for both sale/purchase of property or to rent and manage.

GoogleI’m not the one that leaves reviews but must point out Sheetal at the Heston branch is an asset to the firm, very professional and above all extremely passionate. Found me the right property quickly and got the ball rolling. I would highly recommend and use the firm again.
