GoogleI changed to Shaw after being on the market a while and not being entirely happy with my previous agent. Shaw where a breath of fresh air, from the first phone call to being on the market was a couple of days, and they had viewings immediately, lots of viewings, sometimes multiple viewing in a day! Communication was excellent, emails were often answered late at night, and there's no annoying automated telephone system, you're always straight through to actual person. Pav, Shiv and Maria were fantastically helpful and proactive, I was never running around chasing them. It's a terribly stressful time and this makes a huge difference. 10/10 would recommend.

GoogleWe recently purchased a house through Shaw & Co, our estate agent Maria was a brilliant agent and was very helpful throughout the process. We had several house viewings with her before finding the right house for us. She guided us through each stage of the buying process and answered all our questions. She kept us informed of the progress and whenever we needed to see the house she was available without a hesitation. She is a very friendly person, easy to get on and a positive person, most of all she was very knowledgeable of the local area and housing market. We had a very good experience with her and greatly appreciate her role in finding our house. Thank you Maria!!!

GoogleAn incredibly difficult estate agents. We were buying from their client and they were extremely slow with everything. They weren't keeping us updated and it turned out they were still doing work on the house we had agreed to buy. On top of this, we STILL have rubble and building materials in our front garden which has never been sorted despite the mortgage contract stating it will be cleared of all rubbish... Unless this rubble situation gets sorted I would never go with these estate agents again

Hi Lewis, I am sorry to hear of what’s happened. Please note if this has been put in the contract, then you should contact your solicitor to raise the issue with the sellers side. This sale completed early last year, had you made us aware that the seller did not honour what was agreed, we would have advised you accordingly and even called the seller on your behalf to help assist.. please give our office a call to discuss

GoogleWhat makes an excellent estate agent ? well in this case a dedicated team, working together to sell your property. In this case the property to be sold was a rental property which meant that the agent needed to work closely with the existing tenant in order to arrange viewings at a time when it was convenient to both the tenant and the prospective purchasers. Maria Piccoli an Associate Property Consultant working out of the Whitton Office of Shaw & Co was exactly the type of person you would wish to be representing you in the sale of your property, her communication skill were second to non, she understood totally the needs of the tenant, the purchaser and of course the client and worked effortlessly to hit her objectives. On receiving an offer Maria and her immediate manager Pav Lall worked together to qualify the offer and arrange for the sales/purchase to proceed Pav monitored the progress on a daily basis to ensure all relevant information was passed through the acting solicitors so as to make the process of selling and purchasing seamless. I received regular updates from both Maria and Pav. On occasions when I sent Pav emails after office hours, he responded by return. This is not a 9 to 5 company. Over the years I have worked with many estate agents so have experience good and bad, Shaw & Co in my books rate as excellent. If you intend selling a property ask them for a quote, you will not be disappointed..

GoogleWe used Shaw and Co when we put our property on the market for sale, Shiv and Sheetal were both very good at working for us to sell our property in Heston. They were professional and kept us updated all the way through, the property was only on the market 2 weeks when an offer was made and accepted, would definitely recommend Shaw and Co to other people.
