Avoid their letting services

Beware,I had a Fully Managed Let with them, and they didn't do anything.T he Tenant painted the walls, removed a door, drilled holes for a TV mount, and added a pet cat, and they didn't bother to inform the tenant that they needed to seek permission from the homeowner.It felt like I owed them something to Seymours. There was a boiler lea,k and they called British Gas as I had a cover with them, and it wasn't properly repaired and kept leaking. Then, after a few weeks, Seymours called me to say that the boiler needs replacement.I had to pay 4000 pounds to a plumber to replace the boiler, and Seymours were pushing me to have their own listed plumbers

There isn't a thank you big enough to give the team at Seymours in Addlestone as, simply without them, I wouldn't be writing this in the comfort of my lovely new home. Particular thanks have to go to Michelle for her attention, efficiency and for being there whenever needed. However, words are not enough to convey my enormous thanks to NATALIE. Not only is she super efficient, always friendly, reassuring and gets you through the challenging times but it's a fact that she is solely the reason why I am where I am today in my new home. She knew instinctively that it was for me way before I did. She made it possible and went over and above to ensure everything went smoothly through what could have been, without her, a very difficult time. Thank you Natalie from the bottom of my heart x x

We have been working with Ronnie and Natalie from the Addlestone office and cannot recommend them highly enough. Having been searching for a new home for more than 2 years and been with pretty much every other agent, I can say that without doubt the level of personal service, honesty and professionalism has been outstanding, far beyond any other agency. I've been dealing with many different agencies when searching to rent a property, but only Seymours are worth recommending in my experience. I've been dealing with many different agencies when searching to rent a property, but only Seymours are worth recommending in my experience. Speedy, professional and transparent from the very beginning. The team I've dealt with (Kez, Olivia, and Ana) have all been super helpful throughout the whole process of renting. Hopefully more agencies can adopt such a high standard of services with no trickery involved.

My wife & I have been looking for a home in Woking for the last 1 yearly or so, and the Seymour’s team especially Tia Andrew’s have been a huge help throughout the process. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for and provided thoughtful, relevant suggestions and also showed multiple houses . She is also a genuinely nice person and was a real pleasure to work with making not only our viewing process smooth but also finalising and exchange prices . Natalie and her whole team were very efficient, professional, and so helpful from day 1. During the selling process, they were able to keep me updated on each stage with the service of their conveyancer. I left them to it basically. They arranged all viewings for me and attended each one. There are a few Estate Agents in Addlestone but for me I would definitely recommend Seymours. Thank you 😊

Have been waiting months for a solution to a serious problem with the front door on our rental. Any contact attempt made is either not responded to or ‘passed on to another member of the team’, from whom we never hear back.

I came to Seymour's addelstone as I knew they were a very good company as they sold my father in laws house in horsell, always professional and dedicated. I had a resident in my home who is on palliative care and needed to sell asap, Natilie from the start showed compassion, met with him and reassured him she would do her her best to push things through and she did this 120%, she kept her promise and went above and beyond with her kindness and hard work, I would recommend Seymour's they are wonderful.
