GoogleWe had sold our home with another estate agent and had a property we were buying. Unfortunately the initial sale on our property fell through. We contacted Seymours, Addlestone and asked them to support the relisting of our property, explaining we had time constraints as we needed to sell ASAP so we could still purchase our onward home. They were fantastic and took on the mantal with aplomb. Although it got very pressurised, the team, especially Josh, took it in their stride and always faced the challenge with a smile and positive attitude. GoogleEarly on in the process we were disappointed to lose several buyers, one close to the exchange date. However it became apparent this was owing to the chaotic nature of the market caused by the stamp duty deadlines. Initially we were passed between a number of different Seymour representatives but once we were assigned a single point of contact (Josh) we had an excellent experience. Josh worked tirelessly to see the exchange through to completion. He was always good humoured, honest and went above and beyond to ensure everyone in the chain was chased up regularly to keep the process moving. GoogleLooking to move has had its personal moments of uncertainty, indecision and concerns. There's so much to searching and potential buying but I met an amazing team at Seymours Addlestone. They were so understanding, supportive and considerate over the many months that I was looking. In the end I decided on a property in a different area, but I would have loved to have bought through them as I know I'd have been greatly supported every step of the way. They have great appreciation that looking for a house is much more than financial and practical considerations, though it is that too; it's also about what is true for a person/family/couple etc. and whatever their next steps in life are. A great team.

Jordan from Camberley branch extremely unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. literally thought about himself and nobody else. 100 percent he put his own targets and ambitions before customers and clients. It’s people like this him that gives you guys a bad name. Spoke to multiple agents from all other estate agents and by far this guy was a total joke.
