The journey with Seymours from start to finish was unprofessional. Giving misleading information all way through. Queries not answered or handled by different people, causing constant chasing ups and stress. The final rent miscommunicated as it was incorrectly recorded on their system. A total mess! There are better letting agencies out there.

Mark from Seymours, Staines branch made the choice easy on what Estate Agents on the area to choose. He is down to earth, highly knowledgeable in the local market and area. He made no unrealistic promises (unlike other Agents). Only a promise that he and his team would work hard to sell our property....Mark kept to his word.We accepted an offer within a week after numerous viewings. I was kept up to date with all processes. Everything was running smoothly until the buyers pulled out at point of exchange The same week the housing market took a dive! The team got straight back on the task finding appropriate potential buyers and we soon accepted an offer. This process was quite long and and not as straight forward as the first (no fault of Seymours.) But again we were kept up to date, Alan and Billy kept on top of actions. Choose Seymours, they work hard, get to know your home, they match suitable potential buyers to your property. The team are helpful, friendly and approachable. Thank you Mark, Gary, Sohail Billy and especially not forgetting Alan who continuously kept me updated and gave a nudge when needed to help move to completion.

Seymours has played a major role in helping us to achieve a successful house sale following our dreadful experience with another local agency which was very rude and lacking professionalism.We were extremely disappointed with this first agent who wasted 2 precious months during the summer time where the house market price was at its best to sell our property. This left us sceptic as to being able to trust another agent again. That was until we contacted Mark (Seymours) who managed to convince us to give it a try again with his agency appreciating that he and his team had also managed to sell successfully another house in our same street with a neighbour we knew quite well. We are forever grateful for Markβs support who has shown a high level of expertise and professionalism during the time our property was on sale on the market. He played an important role in providing an accurate and realistic valuation of our property and in reinsuring us about the unique opportunity we had before the winter came, at a time where we were dealing with multiple personal challenges in our life. We would also like to thank his team and more specifically Simon, Alan, Billy, Gary and Sahil who also helped by maintaining a smooth communication during the entire process. They were extremely professional, very kind and their approach were smooth, removing any ambiguities and/or misunderstandings during the entire process. I was planning to buy a 1 bed flat in Horsell, Woking. Seymours gave me wrong information about the build year. At the viewing the estate agent said the building was built in 1997, and it turned out it was built in 1958. The whole process was slow. I had to wait 5 months for the documents, and at the end from a H&S document I found out that asbestos may be present in the building. The asbestos survey found asbestos in the flat, and so here I am after 5 months, 2500 GBP shorter (moving costs, legal cost, searches, mortgage broker fee), and I had to withdraw. I made an offer in early July, I got the documents in mid November. If I would have got the documents earlier, I would not have moved out from my old place (which I had been renting). If I would have got the correct information about the build year, I would not have make an offer / start the process.

GoogleHaving initially chosen to sell our property with Seymours they struggled to organise many viewings for the property. Once a buyer was found though they worked tirelessly to get the sale through and ensure both legal teams were working in a timely fashion. Zoe in particular was extremely helpful throughout the process. She can have five stars but due to the lacklustre start to the process the company get 4.

GoogleSeymours were BRILLIANT from start to finish! It was a long process (nothing to do with them) and they really worked hard.
Zoe and Adam were very efficient in getting our property sold, always kept me up to date with how things were progressing and were very proactive in pushing things along.
I couldnβt recommend them highly enough and it would be a pleasure to use them again.

Awful experience with Seymours during our tenancy here. An incident occurred where the communication was so poor from Seymours Lettings that they failed to inform us of a viewing of our property, meaning that the agent let themselves into the property whilst a young female was home alone. To make matter worse, they tried to avoid filing this complaint by having a telephone conversation. Do not recommend.

This is the worst service we have experienced in Woking. Be aware of your deposit as mine has been deducted when returning the flat, Seymours will put 100% effort to charge you with NO reason, NO receipt and NO evidence at all. They just want to even make more money from you. Avoid this property agent.
