GoogleSeymours Agents are very friendly. The agents are professional. One of the agents, Louis have been helpful since I did an inquiry, asked me my budget, then matched it right-away when he found one. Also, Aarron, Cole and all the staff are amazing! Even though they get busy, they make sure to attend to my questions as soon as they can. Thank you!

GoogleI chose Seymours to seek tenants for our property as Aaron gave great examples of proactivity and approach. During the process of seeking and showing prospective tenants around he and Femi were very communicative and didn't take long to find ones we're happy with, at which point the moving team efficiently took over with regards to paperwork and contracts. Thanks.

GoogleSeymours were BRILLIANT from start to finish! It was a long process (nothing to do with them) and they really worked hard. Zoe and Adam were very efficient in getting our property sold, always kept me up to date with how things were progressing and were very proactive in pushing things along. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and it would be a pleasure to use them again. Thanks a lot guys!!

GoogleI was impressed with the service we received from Seymours. This was tenant find, inventory, hand over etc. and rent handling. Having agreed a tenancy with one person that then went on to take up another one with a different property, they quickly found me a very suitable replacement tenant. When this tenant turned out to be unable to pass refernce checks in time Aaron and his team and other colleagues arranged a suitable deposit from the tenant at short notice which enabled them to move in. There were several members of the team that I was able to contact when others were on their day off or out and about. Looking forward to a good working relationship with Seymours

GoogleA huge shout out to Femi Fatunwase, the Seymours Estate Agent has been instrumental in dealing with our request. He is very professional, polite and warm in providing customer service. He has kindly showed us the property, and patiently addressed all our queries in finalizing the tenancy. He is approachable, calm and the best person who negotiated the dates and infrastructure for our place with the Landlord, arranged viewings at our convenience, and helped to process our application. He went extra miles to get it all done and exceeded our expectations. I am very pleased with his quick turn around and service. I definitely recommend him and Seymours for your property search. To begin with, we were extremely sceptical regarding Estate Agents, due to a past terrible experience with another company. When we first met Mark, he was very professional and friendly, putting our minds at ease and actually said that he WOULD sell our property. We were still doubtful to begin with, but true to his word, Mark and his Team successfully sold our house. We cannot thank Mark and his team enough, for their professionalism, support and reassurance. There were a few problems along the way with other parties, however, we were kept informed of all developments and how the sale was proceeding.We fully recommend Seymours if you are thinking of selling your property. Mark, Alan, Billy, Helen and the rest of the Team should be really proud of their commitment and Customer Service. Cheers guys, it was a fantastic experience!!

Regrettably, I've experienced a significantly subpar level of service. Virtually every aspect of the process has encountered obstacles:- The property was mistakenly listed as unfurnished, despite being fully furnished.- The initial check-in report inaccurately classified the property as unfurnished with security keys missing.- When I inquired about the inventory, I was informed that one wasn't necessary. It took an astonishing two months to finally receive an inventory, which turned out to be inaccurate. My follow-up requests were met with delays and, disappointingly, they repeatedly sent the same incorrect inventory. It took an additional month to finally receive a corrected inventory after I had to painstakingly compile a list of missing items myself.- Instead of providing at least 1 comparison quote for necessary works, they only offer a single quote, failing to ensure a fair market value comparison.- Communication errors were prevalent, with emails sent to incorrect addresses and response times stretching into weeks, rather than days.- Even the tenants struggled to elicit timely responses.- To make matters worse, the designated property manager failed to offer any apologies.- Despite claims of having resolved issues with the freeholder, they were unable to provide any written evidence upon request.- Finally after canceling the "fully managed" service and requesting an appropriate fee adjustment due to the absence of expected service quality, they still could not manage to make this amendment and are still charging me.I have taken over the property management myself, and it has proven to be significantly less time consuming.
