The two directors, along with their staff, were not only personally forthcoming but also always willing to assist us and help overcome various problems.Seymours' Knaphill branch exceeded all our expectations, making it possible for us to purchase the house we had always wanted.

I have recently sold a property with Seymour's Woking and I found their services to be exceptional and Top Notch. All members of sales team were very professional ,polite and efficient. The team worked extremely hard to secure me the best deal and supported me well in this otherwise long and exhaustive process and I cannot thank them all enough .Client relationship manager, Amy Sandys is absolutely brilliant and very professional. Tadgh and the Seymours team have been amazing. My partner and I have been looking to buy our first home and the Seymours have helped us every step of the way. The whole team are very friendly, responsive and happy to help. We mostly interacted with Tadgh who was fantastic. He was easy to contact, supportive, and answered any questions we had. It took us a couple of months and some failed offers to finally find a property. Over this time the team arranged a lot of viewings for us, but it never seemed like too much trouble for them and they made the whole process of looking for a home as stress free and pleasant as possible. I cannot thank Tadgh and the Seymours team enough for being so patient, determined and persistent when it came to finding us a home we loved. I would happily recommend Seymours to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future.

Organised a viewing for a rental property in Woking over e-mail, which was not polite in tone. I arrived on-time, and atleast had a phonecall to inform me the agent would be late. I met with the people who had the timeslot after my viewing, and had a minor chat with them. When the agent eventually arrived, he completely ignored the other viewers and when (rightly) called out by them, fobbed them off as one of his colleagues problems and dismissed them. Upon attempting to enter the property, we could not even gain access as the agent did not have keys for this property, which also indicates that they would be useless in any emergency access situation. The buzzer was also broken, another indictment of their maintenance. Agent did not have a contact for the tenant prepared, and had to contact two colleagues just to get a phone number, of which the tenant was not in at the time and would not be back for the day. A sorry indication of their communication standards. At no point was I offered an apology or rebooking opportunity either in person or afterwards via e-mail or phone call (not that i'd want one after this) for an utterly wasted day, having travelled from Portsmouth. Rude, no respect for my time, no professionalism in either email or in-person and zero organisation. Would not want to deal with them again after this.

This estate agent is the worst. They constantly make errors, give incorrect advice, and fail to complete inventory reports I've paid for and then get them wrong. They rarely respond with actual answers and require constant chasing. Their legal paperwork is also full of mistakes.They've treated my tenants so poorly that I now deal with them directly. Rent payments, which my tenants pay on time, are held for over 12+ days, clearly to earn extra interest.Avoid this agency at all costs. They're incompetent, unprofessional, and unethical.

As the reviews suggest stay away from this unprofessional ruthless company. They have treated me extremely badly during my 8.5 years of renting with them. Seymours have falsified many things on the check out report toGain money for the rogue landlord who they spend their time sucking up to due to his VIP status.They rented me a property for many years that had an illegal EPC rating of F. Rules came into effect in 2019Stating all rentals needed to have an EPC rating of at least E to be let out. Seymours and the rogue landlord ignored these rules continue to let out the property until they were issued an improvement notice by housing standards by the council to fit new double glazing to improve the property. The most hilarious part is they want £20 to replace a non working doorbell that was broke when their window fitters installed new windows and an NEW FRONT DOOR and took the doorbell of the mains supply so the door could be fitted. I reported it to them and despite this they are hilarious in trying take my whole deposit for ridiculous things such as this including £2 for a lightbulb when the check states there was a missing lightbulb in the first place. Avoid this letting agent please you will regret it for the rest of your life like me.
