While I did feel a little rushed, she helped guide me through the application process and organise an upfront shortfall payment to meet the asking rent. I have found Seymour’s very professional and friendly. I like that they confirm everything on writing. They did not put pressure on me in anyway to view properties or when to decide when to put my property on the market with them. If the property I viewed did not fit my requirements they accepted my reasoning. I would recommend.

Amazing experience We have dealt with Jonny 95 percent of the time , although contact with all of Seymours staff has been great. Jonny especially has been patient on viewings with us and kept us in the loop at all times. We cannot fault them. Every contact has been positive and helpful.
