We contracted Seymours Camberley to sell our property, and then ended up buying through them aswell. Throughout the team were a great help. They were personable and available at all times. They helped us navigate some challenges and really stepped up to help secure resolutions to some issues that held up our contract exchange and completion. All in all a great team to work with.

John single handedly restored my faith in estate agents, guiding me every step of the way. We had a remarkably fast turnaround of just seven weeks from offer to completion, which is almost unheard of, I’m certain it would have taken two or three times longer without John’s expertise and dedication. He not only recommended the right type of solicitors but also stayed on top of everything, consistently chasing them on my behalf and keeping me fully informed. I always knew exactly where we stood, with no need for second-guessing. On top of that, he provided fantastic renovation ideas for my project house and was genuinely a pleasure to deal with, making the typically stressful process feel smooth and even exciting. Plus, John has a great sense of humor, and I truly enjoyed our chats along the way. Thank you, John! When the time comes to sell, you will absolutely be my first point of contact!

GoogleJust sold my property through Seymour’s and couldn’t fault the after sales team. John went above and beyond and made sure everything was running smoothly no matter what. He was always efficient with his responses and kept us updated daily with what is happening towards the end of the process. We had a few hiccups along the way but John kept me calm and put up with a few grumpy phone calls about my buyers solicitor. Very professional and experienced in all he does. Thank you John!

Selling your house is a daunting prospect. That said, Seymours was the first choice to guide us through the process.I met Simon who came across as friendly and really knowledgeable about the local market with many years of experience in this field. The sales guide price was pretty much as expected. The pictures were taken a few days later by Mark who made a great job of the brochure. The whole team at the office were on board with the marketing of the house and, to my surprise, 7 visits were arranged within the first full week. The communication from the office was amazing. Emails arrived detailing every visit booked and there were regular calls with feedback and updates from the office. Overall a great service was provided by the whole team. The house was under offer in no time. Again, the background work carried out at the office, was extremely thorough and they constantly updated us on the situation.Whilst the wait for completion goes on, the whole team could not have done more to help with the process of selling a house.With the service received so far, it's no wonder they are the leading agents in the area by far

As far as I am concerned they should not get one star. The owner came and gave a verbal valuation of £310000 - £320,000. Due to certain circumstances he had to send this valuation to another party. This valuation he told me then increased to £362,500-£375000 in his letter to the other party.Once I was sent a copy of this letter I called this same person from Seymour’s Lightwater for an explanation and why he lied to me. Three times I called and guess what, I never had a call back. I would not recommend this company.

At no point was a lower valuation suggested to suit specific circumstances. We also provided a written valuation to the third party in question, which was in line with our professional assessment.Regarding your calls, as we’ve explained, we are unable to get involved further in this matter beyond the valuation we have already provided. If you are still unhappy with the valuation, we would recommend engaging a RICS-qualified surveyor for an independent assessment.We aim to provide transparency and fairness in all our dealings, and we regret that you feel this was not the case.

Seymours Knaphill and Woking have been on a long journey with us. First they valued and marketed our property. A buyer was quickly found. They listened to our buying requirements and shared potential properties to us early and we quickly found somewhere that we fell in love with and made an offer on. The chain broke a couple of times but Seymours pulled it together and nursed us through it. We finally moved 2 days ago. Although Seymours haven't helped with the unpacking ( ;-) ) they gave excellent selling and buting support. Thank you!
