Awful customer service, not worth one star. Have 0 interest for their customers, existing or potential new. Only seem to be interested in making money and seem to add on charges for no reason or just not return money. I have had one client who didn't receive holding deposit back through no fault of her own and was just dismissed, so no wonder they're still going, they keep money that isn't there's! I have had several bad experiences with this company. Highly suggest to AVOID and use a different agent altogether.

Amazing experience with Scargill Mann and Company who could help me have my first house sorted out in Derby - so smoothly with taking care of everything required to move hassle free in to the property. All the staff are very supportive and sweet - prompt in response. I must say Holly Edmund was one of best letting agent among all other from different letting companies whom I connected during my house search. I did not anticipate it will be so nicely done for me especially when I was new to the country with no letting experience. Thank you Scargill Mann Team. I will definitely going to connect you guys for my next move.

Best estate agents in Derby. Tracy and M A R Y !! Were very professional. This was my second time using Scargill Mann but my first time selling. Tracy kept me regularly updated with the whole sales procedure and went out of her way to help with solicitors questions. Would definitely recommend, house was sold within 3days of being on the market. 5 stars all-round

Wow, rang up about a rental. The girl sounded like she really didn't want to help and couldn't get me off the phone fast enough!! Hope when I do find somewhere its not through this estate agents as I really don't want to deal with someone who clearly doesn't know much about customer service..

You will be in safe hands with Scargill Mann and Company. Their service was extremely professional from start to finish. They guided me effectively through any challenges which arose. They consistently demonstrated excellent communication and responsiveness, areas where other estate agents frequently fall short. The team were always friendly, helpful and demonstrated excellent attention to detail for the small things, which as we all know can often turn out to be the bigger things! My mummy placed her flat into the hands of Scargill Mann over three years ago and she tells me that the quality of tenants has been nothing other than 'a touch above excellent'. As with all lettings, the odd thing goes wrong but it's the speed that matters are resolved is what counts and Andrew's support staff in the office are all well above average. So much so that my daddy put his house into their hands too and it all went as smooth as my Black Lab coat.
