GoogleNice. Clean tidy pub with a lot of old fashioned values that I like. The beer range is extensive certainly a camera pub. Just a good stop off when stoling around the park.

GoogleThanks to Mary for helping me today. I needed to collect keys to be able to carry out an electrical check in a property that’s being sold. As the area has no parking nearby, Mary came out to meet me with the keys to make my job a little easier. Thanks again.

The Trusted AgentDisappointing Service
I used Scargill Mann & Co to manage my rental property. It was some time later that I realised the tenants had raised some issues, but they were ignored. From my own experience, whenever I emailed Scargill, they rarely replied to me. It always took several attempts. They used shoddy tradesman on more than one occasion. Again, I only found this out some time later. They aren’t afraid to charge over the odds, though. I just want to warn others to think twice, or better still avoid this estate agents at all costs!!!

GoogleSaw a flat, the estate agent was awful. Truly awful. She knew absolutely nothing about the property. I actually think she must have been hungover or something because her attitude was terrible. We asked a number of simple questions like what council tax band it was, if it was set up for the internet and TV etc as we couldnt see any cables. Her reply to 90% of everything we asked was 'i don't know'. I thought that was incredibly unprofessional and shocking that she didnt have an answer for anything! Okay, there will be some questions that they don't know the answer to and i understand that but ALL of them? I don't think so - its her job! She didn't seem to care one bit and you'd think she would put some effort in considering she is paid to do this. And on top of all of that she was 10 minutes late to the viewing and didnt even apologise. Very displeased with the service, its safe to say that this experience has totally put me off wanting the flat.
