What can we say other than Exceptional Service from Scargill Mann. They were the Estate agent handling the property we were purchasing and we really wished we had used them to handle our Sale too. Throughout the process, which took 7 months due to issues lower in the chain it was Scargill Mann that kept us up to date on any delays, contacted us regularly to check everything was ok or to push things along. When the Sale was ready to complete they also ensured we knew what steps we needed to take. Scargill Mann are clearly a professional business with experienced and knowledgeable staff, Jane was our contact and if she was not going to be available we knew who to contact instead. I would recommend Scargill Mann to all our friends and family, and if we need to move again would not think twice about using them

I put my mums property on the market with Scargill Mann, Burton office, from start to finish, Elaine was constantly in touch, updating on issues that had arose. An exceptional lady, who deserves a medal for what she does, nothing phases her. Her work colleagues are extremely good at what they do, and don't hesitate to answer any questions you have. On selling our home that we had lived in for nearly 50 years we were recommended to use Scargill Mann. It could not have been a better choice. Not only did the house sell quickly the sales team remained very active throughout and it was obvious that they were determined not to let things slip.
