GoogleI've been with Sarah mains since the 2018. I deal with Claire M on a monthly basis regarding my home. She is very efficient and attentive regarding any/all needs relating to my letting account. GoogleThe service we have personally received has been phenomenal. From the very beginning everything has been seamless and straightforward. Chantel has been outstanding. Everyone has gone above and beyond and a pleasure to deal with. We have sold and bought through Sarah Mains and can not fault them at all. Communication has been excellent, and after a little bump in the road on my behalf, the staff endeavoured to find us our dream home. As a customer I felt valued & listened to. We could not thank them enough. We would highly recommend Sarah Mains, they are a pleasure to deal with and give a professional but friendly service on all levels. No matter who you speak to, the level of service and communication is still the same.

GoogleI was genuinely interested in purchasing a property and had almost 40% of the deposit saved, with a full-time job, side gig as an Uber driver, and a small business. Additionally, I had an AIP (Agreement in Principle) from Barclays of £99k. However, my experience with this agency was extremely disappointing. I felt as though I was treated as though I was wasting their time. They didn’t ask for any details or attempt to understand my situation; instead, they repeatedly requested my name and contact information, promising a callback that never came. Despite my efforts to reach out the following day, my calls went unanswered. I can’t help but wonder if this treatment was related to my age, which is a shame as I was serious and financially prepared.

GoogleI am a landlord and have been using Sarah Mains in Whickham to find and vet tenants for over 15 years now. I have always had excellent service from this company and my recent dealings with them have been at the level of professionalism I’ve come to expect. However, I would like to say a special thank you to Scott Thomas who gave me excellent advice (which I followed) regarding a couple of tricky decisions when one of my properties came up to let recently. I’d also like to say a special thank you to Paul Anderson who give me lots of technical and legal advice over the last few weeks. His help was invaluable.
