Googleok So where do I start this time Honestly not only to find 2 stars in one company but I have now discovered a third Going by the name of EMMA MITCHELL Wow Customer service skills .....10/10 Friendly yet professional....10/10 Efficient & delivers...............10/10 Need I go on? Well to sum it all up EmmA is a perfect 10 The reasoning for the above, I had previously decided not to use an estate agent to manage my property until I spoke with EmmA Instantly she put all my fears to rest as she took time and patience with me to explain everything in easy terms for me to understand to the point where she easily gained my trust This was very painless and quick......it’s great knowing the I have the assurance that EmmA is only a phone call away. GoogleCommunication was efficient and effectively, both verbal and written to ensure that the process was quickly settled within the time scale set. Staff were friendly and helpful with all enquiries. Staff at this office seemed to be my advocate, liasing with other agencies to ensure to time scale was achieved. I can't thank you enough. GoogleI have recently met with Dawn and Claire from sarah mains to start the proceedings of selling my house, their visits were extremely pleasant and both these lovely ladies had a very friendly manor but we're also professional and give great advice and informed me thoroughly of everything I needed to know. every phone call to the office is pain free, quick and easy. the staff are very efficient and respond to queries in no time at all, I am over the moon with the service I have received so far and couldn't recommend this company enough! In particular the mortgage advisor Dawn whiffing has gone over and above in her approach to me and my situation. I would recommend them service to anyone thinking about selling and in particular for people who require mortgage and financial advice. GoogleAfter having my property on the market for 7 months with Pattinsons (who were completely useless and would not recommend) I changed agents to Sarah Mains. As soon as Claire came in she was fantastic. Explained the contract to us thoroughly and was around the house quickly and took some beautiful photos to go online. Within a few hours of the property going online we received a few calls from Kelly to set up a few viewings. Again Kelly is lovely and bubbly on the phone. Within 2 days with Sarah Mains we received an offer and after a few phone calls we accepted an offer As yet we’re in the early stages of the sale going through. Hopefully the solicitors are as good as Sarah Mains. Couldn’t ask for more from everyone we’ve dealt with.

GoogleI am posting this review to say how outstandingly helpful and professional the service we have received from Sarah Mains has been and that I could not fault them in anyway and will be unreservedly recommending them to all my family and friends. Helen's warm, enthusiastic and prompt attention in emailing us houses of interest, arranging viewings and showing us around several properties and informing us that our offer had been accepted was impressive and reliable. Sharon Lambert's 'After Sales' service was outstanding. Nothing was too much bother and she kept us constantly informed, often daily, of the progress of our purchase with regular updates of anything the solicitors required. Sadly we decided not to proceed with this purchase due to outside factors but I must stress that this was nothing to do with Sharon who indeed could not have tried harder to try to resolve our concerns, reduce our stress and keep everything moving forward smoothly with her excellent knowledge, advice, tact and suggestions. You won't be disappointed with this Estate Agent's friendly service and I can honestly say when any of their staff say they will do something it is done both quickly and accurately which we really appreciated and in this day and age found so refreshing !!!! Thank you to everyone we dealt with in the Low Fell branch for your 'nothing's too much bother' efforts and upbeat help and guidance. Hopefully we will find another house to buy soon from Sarah Mains as you certainly are more than happy to go that extra mile and are great and hassle free to deal with. We strongly recommend other buyers (or sellers) give these professionals a try too

Helen Knight was very helpful, she visited the property to make herself more able to describe it and help potential buyers with any questions they might have. Dawn Melling was professional and efficient is valuing and setting up the marketing, Helen Knight and Donna Rowell supported us through the whole process, even as we moved abroad. Through their proffessional approach , attention to detail and the amazing Amie Lynch we had an offer within 3 days and was sold within 5 days. This greatly exceeded our expectations both in price and speed of sale. Amie was with us from valuation to viewings to offers and finally to the sale.
