A huge thank you to the team at Sarah Mains Low Fell for selling our house quickly and for a really good price. As first time sellers we were a bit unsure of the processes involved but having had pretty much every local estate agent out to value our home we are so very glad we went with Sarah Mains, (even though they weren't the cheapest, we certainly felt they were excellent value for money). Everyone we spoke to was great but a special thanks to Amie, Chris and Sharon who always dealt with us professionally and with an all-important good sense of humour!

The best after sales service from Sharon Lambert. Always kept us up to date with the progress of our sale. Would chase up solicitors from all parties to speed up the process. If you left a message she would always get back to you with her positive ‘can do’ attitude. As efficient as a German engine. I've only used a few estate agents in my life and they were SO much better than the others I didn't realise this level of service was possible. They ring you back if you ask some thing in literally a matter of minutes. A rare thing in any business these days, let alone this sector. All the staff I dealt with were so helpful. (Also I genuinely have no conflict of interest in writing this, my relative doesn't work here etc)

My husband and I would highly recommend using Sarah Mains (Low Fell) as an estate agent. Every member of staff that we interacted with was professional, friendly and honest. Dawn, our valuer, made us feel very comfortable upon entering our home. She took the time to meet our family and really understand what we wanted from this process. The photos she took of our home for the sales brochure were fantastic! Throughout the sale, Chris, who acted as our sales negotiator, was equally as supportive and efficient as Dawn and ensured that he shared his knowledge and expertise with us at every step of the way. A huge thank you to Sarah Mains (Low Fell) and the team for guiding us through the buying and selling process.
