GoogleThe teams at Sarah Mains Gateshead/Low Fell were fantastic. They were always on hand to answer any questions or concerns. They made what can be an extremely stressful process as easy as it could be. Kelly and Lorraine in the Gateshead office were absolutely fantastic with overseeing my sale and Chris in the Low Fell office went above and beyond to deal with all aspects of my purchase. GoogleI can’t thank everyone at Sarah Mains for their absolutely wonderful service with our house sale. The whole team are so approachable and professional, nothing was too much trouble. Right from the moment the wonderful Dawn came to value our house, we knew we would sell with Sarah Mains. She was knowledgable and really knows the market. Chris and Donna in the office never failed to put us at ease, they were quick to get back to us and really cared about what they were doing. All around there is no other estate agents like them. Absolutely fantastic.

We had an issue with the advertising of the property which was unfortunate but once it was brought to their attention it was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

GoogleCouldn't fault the help and advise I was given from the Low Fell branch. The sale progressor went absolutely above and beyond to help us out with a very complicated vendor and sale. She was there for me throughout and really cared about our case.The whole team and everyone I had to speak to were very helpful and couldn't recommend this branch enough. Thank you!!

GoogleI can't say I've ever dealt with Sarah Mains Property to be honest, but that's because they don't seem to answer the phone, or respond to messages or emails. They do seem to set house prices extremely high comparatively in the market and likewise have extremely high fees (highest by far in area). They appear to be very 'old school' agents in that regard, I don't know how they are selling houses in the current climate.
I am extremely puzzled as to why you would take the time to leave this review Dan, as, by your own admission, you have not experienced our service. I can assure you that, as well as being extremely proactive, we do answer calls and respond promptly to all messages. Our professional sales fee offers value for money as we consistently achieve higher sale prices for our customers. GoogleWe’ve sold two houses in the past 2 years with Sarah Mains, and purchased one. Brilliant team who provided support for us every step of the way. Particular mention goes to Sharon Lambert of the sales progression team. Sharon helped us so much in the final stages of conveyancing, she was an invaluable contact particularly in the last 5/6 weeks, and helped keep the chain moving. Nothing was too much trouble to Sharon and she called us back as promised, every time, without fail. Would certainly recommend Sarah Mains.

GoogleSarah Mains helped us in the sale of two properties and the purchase of one. With the sales, Donna and Chris were always available to help and support and gave a quality service. The after-sales and the purchase proved complicated and frustrating at times, but Sharon was always positive and willing to do what she could to move things along.
