In that time, I've found them to be professional, friendly, helpful and extremely quick at getting me excellent tenants in a short space of time, thereby reducing the pain of elongated void periods! GoogleI would highly recommend using Sarah Mains. My property went on the market at the start of February which received lots of viewings and offers. I recently accepted an offer that I was delighted with. This is down to the fantastic customer service I received from Chris Huddleston and Donna Rowell at the Low Fell branch. GoogleI thought selling my house would be incredibly stressful. Sarah Mains however went out of their way to make things as straightforward as possible. Staff went the extra mile, even taking photos on their day off so that marketing wouldn’t be delayed, and sold my house for the full asking price within 24 hours. Communication is clear, all staff I speak to are friendly, competent and able to answer my queries straight away making sure that the paperwork isn’t unnecessarily delayed. By far the most efficient estate agents I have dealt with.

We also used Dawn, their financial advisor for our mortgage and have used her ever since too. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the mortgage market and we wouldn't use anyone else. Slightly more expensive than other quotes we received but Sarah Mains have a proven record of selling properties in our area and our valuer, Claire, went into a lot of detail about the service they provide. Claire was prompt to every appointment and gave us guidance about how to show our home to the highest standard. The Sales Progression Team are extremely helpful and kept us fully informed. The property went on the market and was sold within 48 hours - can't say better than that!!

GoogleVery professional, efficient and friendly branch which helped enormously with the sake of our house. Were always available to talk to and kept us up-to-date with the progress. Sharon Lambert especially kept us sane and went above and beyond as we had a lot of problems from the buyers but she rectified everything. GoogleSarah Mains did an absolutely fantastic job helping us sell our Quayside flat recently. Initially we looked at using an online agent but once you realise what all the hidden charges amount to we decided to go with a local agent with local knowledge. We knew from the moment we met our Valuer, Dawn Melling, that we'd made the right choice. Dawn managed to get our property photographed, video'd and up for sale within 4 days, just in time to catch the Easter Weekend buyers, and within 2 weeks of listing our property we'd accepted an offer at 2.5K above the asking price! From that point on we were looked after by Kelly whose level of service delivery is first class. Kelly kept us informed of what was happening at every moment and even rang just to say she hadn't heard anything yet. That sort of thing is much appreciated when you're waiting to hear if you've sold at the right price. After accepting an offer we were passed to Sharon who again was excellent at keeping our sale on track and her wealth of knowledge and experience was invaluable in helping us navigate this part of the process. All in all, I cannot recommend Sarah Mains highly enough. In the current marketplace where there is now huge competition from 'cheaper' online agents, they really manage to set themselves apart as offering great value for money when you need people on the ground who know the area and can really push your property through all the right web and social media based platforms. Forget about the old style Estate Agents that buyers and sellers used to hate having to deal with. These guys are now setting the standard for how the house selling experience should be.
