Possibly the worst estate agents in the world! I only gave them one star as google wouldn't let me give them no stars. If you value customer service, stay well clear as they have none!

Would recommend Sarah mains to anyone our property manager Anne Garden has been a big help from us moving in our home any problems or queries we have she has pretty much sorted and dealt with straight away

As a first time buyer, the process can be a little overwhelming but nothing has been too much trouble for each member of the team I have spoken with at this branch and the Low Fell branch! Can't wait to move in!

We have been lucky to have had Sara Mains Whickham branch to help us with buying and selling on a number of occasions. Each time without fail they all have been most professional without losing their friendly rapport they have also had with us . When they have had to pull out the stops to overcome a problem they have done so with the minimum of fuss. We would not choose to go to anyone other than Sarah Mains at Whickham. Why would we. Thank you for all your help and advise and all you have done for us.

My enquiries were dealt with very promptly and I found the surveyor Very helpful and knowledgeable with regard to value of said properties. I found the service very efficient and was supported by the sales staff at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sarah Mains services.

I wanted to leave a review of my experience of Sarah Main's Landlord Property Management service from the Whickham office - in particular the Property Manager for my flat - Ann Gardner. I moved to Australia a year ago, so it is particularly reassuring for me to know my property is being professionally and efficiently managed, and to receive good communication from Ann. The whole process of setting up the management service for my property before I left the UK was also very smooth through the Low Fell Office. Very happy overall!!
