GoogleI booked a viewing with Sarah Maines to look at a property and one of their staff attended named Wendy Sopwith, who I can only say was very professional and courteous, who took the time out to answer our questions in a very open and honest way, which gave us confidence in dealing with her and the company. I have since agreed to purchase the property and have found Wendy and Sarah Maines, very efficient in my dealings with them and would thoroughly recommend anyone buying (or selling) to use their services.

GoogleVery pleased with the service provided by the team of Sarah Mains Jesmond. Constructive and very sensible valuation by Amie Lynch was followed by a quick offer which I could accept. The follow on from the offer to completion was good and, throughout I felt that staff knew me as a person and not just a property to be sold. Will use Sarah Mains again.

GoogleAmie Lynch is business savvy while being a genuinely nice person. Her valuation skills are elegant and she was right when she told me that marketing my home would be fun for both of us. Who would have believed it - it actually was! I got a cash offer right away and I believe that was as a result of having a great flat that was priced correctly and presented to the market with flair (and a great virtual tour). I highly recommend Amie, her colleagues from the Newcastle branch, and the Sarah Mains service.

GoogleWe first contacted Sarah mains when we saw an apartment that we liked. After viewing the apartment we were asked if we would like our house valued. This was the first time we have sold and bought as we had been in our home for 36 years. We were very impressed with the valuer who was very professional and she advised us the way to go. Then we dealt with the girls in the office with viewing our apartment and buying it. Everyone led us by the hand and remained very professional and we could not fault them in any way. We would and have recommended Sarah Mains to other people..

GoogleSusan Richardson handled our rental property very efficiently and was extremely proactive in finding the right tenant to meet our needs. Everything was handled promptly and we were kept informed at each stage of setting up the agreement. Phil now looks after the monthly management and deals with any maintenance issues our tenants may request, again keeping us informed with a quick phone call or email. I cannot recommend this company highly enough for their 1st class service.
