I am a first time house buyer and have to be honest knew nothing about the buying process. What could of been a very stressful experience has been made so easy with the help of chris and his friendly and professional approach. Chris has guided me at every step and kept me updated throughout the initial buying stages. He has promptly and efficiently responded to all my queries and referred me to thelma bell (mortgage advisor). Thelma is extremely knowledgable and has talked to me at length about mortgage and insurance policies. Nothing seemed too much trouble and she ended up getting me an amazing mortgage deal. Thank you Chris and Thelma, you are both assets to the Low fell sarah mains!

Jess was very professional, friendly and helpful with helping me find a new property, especially with the short time scale I had to work with. Not a bad word to say, thanks a lot!

We bought and sold with Sarah Mains and from day one they have been fantastic, I was kept up to date on our sale and purchase weekly, if not daily in the later stages of our sale and purchase. Every member of staff was professional and always helped if it was their job or not. Sharon was fantastic if it wasn't for her I think I may have pulled out with solicitor issues, Sharon always ensured that she went that extra mile and kept me updated at all times, such a valuable team member to have and an asset to Sarah Mains. You get what you pay for and you certainly do with this company, such a professional, well organised company with loyal hard working staff. Would recommend in a heart beat.

I have recently been in contact with Sarah Mains whilst buying my first home. The engagement with them was perfect from the start, initially I dealt with Helen who was perfect in everyway. She ensured my partner and I were comfortable and happy throughout the entire process and gave us guidance where needed. Would totally recommend!

We received a fantastic service from Sarah Mains. The minute we met Claire, who did the valuation we knew we would get a great service. Our sale was initially looked after by Kelly and Lorraine, who were both extremely professional and friendly, and offered a great service. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control we had to withdraw our property from the market. I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah Mains to sell your property, and if we ever decide to sell again we wouldn't go anywhere else

Helen Knight has been fantastic, from my first email she has been extremely helpful, she kept me informed and any questions I had was never an issue. As a first time buyer this was scary and I was nervous but when she phoned and told me my offer had been accepted it was the best feeling and Helen was so happy and excited for me too. Massive thank you and i highly recommended this estate agents. Gina
