GoogleHalfway through ending our tenancy, our property management was handed over to a new contact in the company. This contact was rude, spoke to me over the phone in a patronising tone when asking end of tenancy questions, and gave me wrong information about my refund. Very thankful to not have to deal with this company anymore. I've had no bother with other letting agencies but there was a bad case of miscommunication within this company.

GoogleJust a quick review regarding a property I am looking at purchasing and also the great help that Helen Knight has provided me with. The process of dealing with a purchase of the property was made so much easier with Helens help, she has been very patient with me and explained each step very clearly for me. Overall my experience with Helen has been fantastic and would definitely recommend her if anyone needed help. Thank you very much Helen it is very much appreciated.

GoogleCouldn't fault them. From valuation ( I got offers in first week) to completion I was kept well informed, by friendly knowledgeable staff. My buyer took ages and they had to chase things along at various points. I didn't have to lift a finger, they dealt with everything. I'm very grateful for all their hard work and would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleWe would highly recommend Sarah Mains estate agents, they know exactly how to market your property from a video tour, great interior photos but also of course, knowledgeable, professional, experienced staff who are there for you throughout the whole process. GoogleI am a first time house buyer and have to be honest knew nothing about the buying process. What could of been a very stressful experience has been made so easy with the help of chris and his friendly and professional approach. Chris has guided me at every step and kept me updated throughout the initial buying stages. He has promptly and efficiently responded to all my queries and referred me to thelma bell (mortgage advisor). Thelma is extremely knowledgable and has talked to me at length about mortgage and insurance policies. Nothing seemed too much trouble and she ended up getting me an amazing mortgage deal. Thank you Chris and Thelma, you are both assets to the Low fell sarah mains!

GoogleWe contacted Sarah Mains having fallen in love with a house we wanted to buy but couldn’t proceed without first selling ours. More in hope than expectation we put ours on the market- but amazingly the team were able to sell it within a week of the initial call! From the first conversation with Claire I genuinely felt she cared about making that happen for us, and I can’t thank her, Kelly and Lorraine enough for their help and support.
