We lost money on moving vans and rehiring to move a week later due to their incompetence and acting on "good faith" rather than taking the initiative to inspect the property and communicate effectively. No compensation offered; happy to take hundreds in admin fees but offer no assistance after.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. This company is full of unprofessional and lazy workers. I rang up for a viewing and was supposed to receive an email, something they should do and something I requested them to do.. They never sent the email... On the morning of the booking I rang up to double check as I had not had an email and wanted to ensure the booking had been made, but when I rang up I was on hold for so long I ended up walking down, phone still ringing. I walked all the way to Sarah Mains in Low Fell to find half the staff just sat there doing nothing! When I asked why I hadn't received an email I didn't even get an apology, just a "well you should have received the email." blank response! Not once did the receptionist apologise, but it gets worse... I then get a phone call only 20 minutes before the viewing time to say that the property had already been let out and I should have been notified! How useless can they be?! Avoid this useless company like the plague they are!
