Helen Knight was brilliant from our first viewing right through to completion nothing was too much trouble she even arranged it so that our fireplace company could get access to survey for our new log burner ahead of our moving in date so we could be organised 8n time for christmas, she was a pleasure to deal with and is an asset to your company, very professional with a lovely friendly approach, would definatley recommend. A great agent that I have used many times. Having experienced working with other estate agents I would rate Sarah Mains above anyone else. Their initial valuation was good and sales team also very friendly and willing to help when asked to do so. If I had any problems I just had to call. If I had to be picky and say one thing that could be improved that would be communicating developments as soon as they happen to appease anxious sellers. I found myself having to chase things up a couple of times, but to be fair I am pretty impatient! All in all, a great team and I would definitely use their services again.

We bought and sold with Sarah Mains and from day one they have been fantastic, I was kept up to date on our sale and purchase weekly, if not daily in the later stages of our sale and purchase. Every member of staff was professional and always helped if it was their job or not. Sharon was fantastic if it wasn't for her I think I may have pulled out with solicitor issues, Sharon always ensured that she went that extra mile and kept me updated at all times, such a valuable team member to have and an asset to Sarah Mains. You get what you pay for and you certainly do with this company, such a professional, well organised company with loyal hard working staff. Would recommend in a heart beat.

I would like to thank Amie Lynch who is a valuer for Sarah Mains who took much care and time in valuing the sale of our flat in Heaton and took great images to promote the sale which I was impressed with. We sold 2 properties through Sarah Mains - Fine and Country. Viewings were arranged quickly and efficiently and both properties sold within a week. Susan Richards kept us updated throughout the initial process. Michelle Mutch then took over the sales processing. She was in regular contact with ourselves and solicitors. We never had to chase her for information and was very proactive in her approach and very well informed. Great service from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from the sales team, especially Sharon. Easy to communicate with and after an awful experience renting a property with this company my expectations were low.. however, I was more than impressed with the service we received when buying our home.
