GoogleWe purchased our property through the Low Fell branch and could not recommend them enough! They have been extremely helpful throughout the entire process, this was our first property purchase and we felt supported and made to feel like valued customers. All the staff we talked to were helpful but special mention to Sharon, who has been extremely helpful (and patient!) whenever we asked questions or sought advice. I would definitely recommend using them for selling a property as the support they gave us as buyers was second to none.

GoogleI sold my house through sarah mains, would definitely recommend as their professional and get the job done right. As you get though the different stages of the sale you deal with different people and they were all as helpful as each other, however I would like to pass my thanks to Jane toberty and Donna bell who did go that extra mile to keep the sale stress free.

GoogleThe team were excellent mediators between ourselves and the vendor; offering great advice to us as first time buyers. If they are that good in a pandemic I bet they're immense in more 'normal' times :)

GoogleI have found Lisa to be a skilled communicator who is consistently courteous and professional with a telephone manner that is second to none. The efficient service and customer care I receive from herself and her colleages at the Whickham branch is supportive and transparent and I would recommend without hesitation.
