We had a very difficult year dealing with a vendor who through illness and various complications couldn't fulfil their responsibilities in the chain. Their understaffed under-equipped online property agent together with the solicitor (from another city), which the vendor had instructed after advice from the online agent were of little help. Our estate agent at Low Fell's Sarah Mains office however, seemed to be the only other people in the chain who really proactively tried to help. Their branch manager Katy Wilson took our case on and used her experience and initiative to chase people up and investigate hold ups in order to try and keep things moving. As it became apparent that there were difficulties with our vendor, it seemed to me, there was precious little interest from any of the other professionals in the chain except Sarah Mains. This is the second time we have dealt with SM when moving and they've always been great. Thank you for your help SM and Katy.
