GoogleWe had a great experience selling our house through Sarahmains and we are especially impressed with the professionalism of Megan Adams who has been our sales negotiator from Newcastle branch. She has been super efficient and helpful, providing us with quick responses, regular check in and professional advices. We had our offers within a day and sold our house within a week. We want to thank Megan and also our valuer Amie who has been great too! :)

GoogleAfter such a lacklustre experience with another agent, Sarah Mains restored my faith in customer service. From my initial meeting with Amy who valued my property she reassured me with her professionalism, knowledge and advice. Every step of the selling process was seamless! Max blew me away with his photography and drone skills. My property was instantly elevated to its maximum potential! Donna was excellent in keeping me up to date, advising of next steps and timescales. I have never been so at ease with what is usually a very stressful time. I was surprised by how little involvement I had in the whole process as Donna clearly had everything under control. Sarah Mains will definitely be my ‘go to’ agents in the future. Thank you so much x

GoogleFrom my initial phone call with Megan Adams, I knew I had made the right choice choosing to sell with Sarah Mains. Megan is so thorough, super efficient, helpful, genuinely interested in me as a person and my requirements, but most of all, very friendly and professional. Any questions I have had, have been answered immediately or if that wasn't possible, within a few hours. The standard of photos were exceptional in my opinion and gave a true representation of my home. Megan has kept in contact with me regularly and as my home is sold subject to contract, she is ensuring that the sale is going to be completed in the time frame by keeping in touch with both parties. I have recommended Sarah Mains to friends based on the exceptional service that I have received, value for money and for having the most stress and hassle free sale.

GoogleWe have recently completed a sale and purchase with the Low Fell branch. The service from all areas of the business has been professional however, Sharon Lambert from the Sales Progression team has been the shining star for us! The journey has been a tricky one to say the least, mostly due to issues with solicitors but Sharon has remained a force to be reckoned with and made sure we have always been updated with the status of both our sale and purchase. Sharon has been on hand to answer any questions and been a friendly sounding board when things got really stressful! We very nearly signed up with an online agent to sell our home, I'm so pleased that didn't happen as we would likely still be sat in our previous house not having a clue what was going on!

GoogleIf I could rate these guys 6/5 I would - Sharon from the Low Fell branch was the most reliable, friendly and trustworthy person during our whole moving journey. Our solicitors were consistently rubbish and their communication was really poor but Sharon was on them all the time to chase and get updates for us - she was always free for a call to chat through anything and everything regarding our move. Really above and beyond service. 120% would recommend. Thank you again Sharon!

She was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and made such a stressful situation, that little bit easier. She kept us informed at every stage and helped us to chase solicitors along the way. No question or problem was an issue for Donna.
